Product terrible did not work as advertised. Delivery was ridiculously long. Never again.

The Starscope I bought is light to handle, with absolutly clear sight, unbeatebable prize. But the time between payment and delivery is to long, I waited 5 weeks!

o Although it took a couple of weeks to receive my order…. and I was quite anxious during the delay…..The customer service team was responsive and explained the situation clearly. The item was in high demand, and they were working hard to restock. I waited another week, and I’m glad I did. The product arrived as described: high-quality, reasonably priced, and truly exceeded my expectations. Delays aside, I’m very happy with my purchase!

A lot of sites/reviews dismissed this company however i got exactly what i had ordered.
The order response was slow to begin and i was getting worried that i had made a mistake at the start however once the tracking number arrived it went well.

I gave you 3 stars because the item I bought was of good quality everything else was a big let down.
I ordered and paid on May 27th and received it on July 10th with very little notification of what was happening with my order.

The company sent numerous offers for other goods while I was waiting for the delivery of my item. At one time even offering to supply the very item at a 50% discount. I had to reply, "just send me the item I have paid for but not received". Eventually it was delivered at a large postal charge.

The order took a month to ship, with very correspondence. An expected shipping date would have been helpful, before purchasing

Monocular was fine but phone adapter was unable to see one eighth of field of view.

Ordered my product in May, only got delivered after messaging customer service and finally delivered in July

Excellent Product received. It took far longer than expected to deliver owing to delivery delays however, there was regular updates and information which were appreciated.
