I travelled from Worcestershire to Savoy Tailors this morning after having it recommended to me by a friend. Cristiano was so kind and found time within his busy day to sort my dress for me there and then as he wanted me to wear it for my 30th birthday next week. I could see how experienced he was with this work, and it really allowed me to trust him and his colleagues. They managed to work miracles on my dress in half an hour. I was so appreciative to Cristiano and the team for taking the time to sort this for me with such short notice at a busy time of their day. I will 100% be back with any other items I need altering and will recommend to my friends and family. What a lovely and fantastic service. Thanks again.

Came in today for a memorial pillow made from my sons jumper his cat used to lie on she was sadly killed Sunday night.Christoph was so understanding and empathetic and did a fantastic job

Honestly incredible! Can’t fault Cristiano and his team at all! In 5 hours they tailored my dress for a wedding I had the following day! Will definitely be returning - thinking of what else in my wardrobe I can bring for them to tailor for me!

Cristiano and his team are simply magicians!! They know exactly what to do when I need an alteration. I have been going to Cristiano for 10+ years, in which time he has been modifying garments for me to make them unique and fabulous. Nothing is too much trouble and he has an eye for what looks good. Very friendly, professional all at a reasonable price.

I took my mother of the bride dress for a challenging alteration hoping for a miracle. Savoy tailors were amazing, the dress looks exactly like it was made to measure and despite the seqiuns and intricate beading the quality of work was fabulous. And it was all done 2 weeks before the 4 week time schedule!! Reasonable price and a personalised fitting, can't thank them enough. I will be returning with another challenging dress soon. Have been using Savoy Tailors for many years now and have received excellent courteous service. Have had a number of suits re- modelled. Trousers tapered, coats re-fitted to perfection.
Highly recomend.

One of the zips in my son's McLaren coat broke. He only had since Christmas so wanted it invisibly mended if possible. Christiano gave us 2 options, repair the zip or replace with another zip but with different colour. We received a message that it was ready for pick up 1 day early. Christiano was very kind, polite and knowledgeable. When we collected the coat we were absolutely amazed at the quality of finish. He was able to save the zip, the mend was totally invisible. The service is second to none with regards to customer service and cost.

Savoy tailors are the best tailors in Birmingham! Cristiano and his team are absolutely fantastic! In fact, they’re magicians, always doing the impossible! (And quite often in a really short timeframe).
I’ve been going to Savoy tailors for well over ten years now, they have tailored wedding guest dresses for me, tailored jeans, turned dresses into tops, tailored all of my bridesmaids dresses (which were very tricky due to the pattern on them) and even made my wedding dress fit me, which was too small. Every time I’ve been blown away with how amazing the clothes look after Cristiano has worked his magic, particularly my wedding dress!
I honestly wouldn’t trust anyone else! They are incredible and Cristiano makes you feel so at ease. Super thankful to him and his team for the years and years of alterations! And saving me last minute on quite a few occasions! You really are amazing!

Amazing service! Outstanding review from me. I had brought a ball dress online, it gave me no shape and was loose around the bust area. Savoy Tailors re made my dress for me and now it fits like a glove and I am so happy with the outcome all within 48 hours! Amazing.
