I haven't tasted any of the wines yet but the communication with Kyle and the delivery of the wines has been excellent. If the wines are as good then I'm onto a winner.

No worries Lisa. Organic wines are made with organic grapes so no artificial herbicides and pesticides are used in the vineyard. They also have a lower level of sulphide which is another benefit of organic wine. Happy and healthy drinking!

Really liked the communication between the company and the customer. Easy to use website. Main problem is the quality of wines. I bought this as a gift for my father (3months subscription) and in the first order of three wines (2white and 1red) he really disliked the red and the whites were only passable. He felt like they were bottles you could pick up for £5 in the supermarket. Hopefully the next lot of wines improve.

Hi Olivia thanks for your feedback. Your father is a harsh critic! The wines we select are by no means supermarket wines. We buy direct from small independent winemakers and import them direct from the vineyard. We totally understand that everyone's tastes are different but saying that its a £5 supermarket wine is far from the truth. Given that it was his opinion and not yours, how about we send you some wine for to make up your own mind. We have your order number so will send you a separate email to organise. We are always up for improvement so feedback (both positive and negative) helps us out. So thanks again.

Excellent service from Kyle and an amazing wine we discovered through savage vines ! The process from ordering online to receiving the bottle was very prompt. Kyle was there along the way to make sure everything was going as smooth as possible. Can only recommend savage vines for the quality of their wine along with their personal attentive touch towards their clients !

You truly feel like you’re THE customer, from wine selection to delivery. A 5+ service! I couldn’t have asked for a better subscription partner. Good but not for me
Good service delivers on time and given plenty of notice of delivery. The wines weren’t the best though maybe I misunderstood but I thought the idea was to get quite interesting vintages but I had a French red, and Italian red and two Spanish whites which are all fairly standard. Quite pricey overall

Hi Ross - thanks for your feedback. I have looked into your order and can see you have cancelled your subscription after four bottles of wine (two deliveries). The wines you received were a Spanish Albarino (White), Italian Cabernet (Organic Red), French Cab Franc (Organic Red) and Spanish Old Vines Verdejo (White). Although you refer to vintages, it's more about the grape varietal which the above are not common in the market. Nor can you find them anywhere else in the UK. With regards to the comment on price, you are paying £29.95 a month and that includes delivery for two bottles of wine, tasting notes and a podcast talking you through the wines. As a subscriber you also get 25% off all wine re-purchases which means you can purchase unique, organic and bio wines from independent family run vineyards for under £10 a bottle. If you can find someone else that is offering that product and that service in the market at a cheaper price point, by all means, use them. It's a shame you left after such a short time as there are some good wines this month coming in from Austria, Germany and South Africa. We understand that we may not have met your expectations but that is ok as we know our service is good and value our customers and winemakers from whom we buy from and support.
