This Sauna is great.
Granted, we have only had it for a day, but the delivery went very well. The warehouse communicated with us regularly.

In order to assemble you must be able to walk 360 degrees around the entire thing, so if you are installing it into a nook in your bathroom like me you are screwed - literally; I had to screw it together from the inside. Other than that its pretty great.
