Matthew Adriano was fantastic to work with as I explored and honed in on the right electric sauna stove for my planned needs. Unfortunately, I have had to put the project on hold for now, but throughout the exchanges I had with Matthew he was extremely helpful and informative; patient with all my questions and learning. The best way to describe my experience with SaunaKits would be: Seamless and Satisfying. From the moment that I started searching for Saunas on the internet I found SaunaKits to stand out above the competition. Their website was easy to navigate and extremely informative. Their on-line chat worked easily and without any pressure or sales tactics. Once my initial inquiry and order was placed, I was guided through the details by their on-line staff and further by an actual phone conversation. All along the way they were helpful and informative without being pushy. However, they shined the most after my initial order was finalized. One of their staff, named Krizza contacted me to make sure I did not have any additional questions. I talked with him about my concerns on delivery (I live on a remote mountain road with gated access and deliveries can be a slight challenge). He noted my concerns and issues and followed up with me multiple times all along the way to insure that my order was handled correctly and delivered in a manner that allowed everything to flow seamlessly. In the end, I was super impressed with their care and concern, I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a Sauna.

John was extremely helpful throughout the entire process from purchase to build. Shout out to EZ Glorioso who was on top of every question we sent over. She went above and beyond even helping us with care and maintenance of our sauna. We use our sauna several times a week.

Purchased in Dec 2025, Ordering process was easy and they were very competitive. 1 of the two pallets arrive mid-Jan, took another 6 weeks to get the items lost in shipment replaced and delivered. Second shipment was 2/3 correct and had to go back and forth with follow ups and pictures for their factory (aka the distributor in IL.). Finally received all components in Mar and set up the sauna and heater, lights etc. Our Christmas present to ourselves ended up being a great Mothers Day present BUT we do the the sauna and heater purchased. Just did care for the distributor that they use to ship after the purchase. Purchased SaunaLife 4 person with the HUMUM Drop 7. All works great.

I originally placed an order to purchase an infrared sauna, and was unfortunately forced to cancel before I was able to receive it.
My review is with the staff that handled the cancellation process. John the general manager handled my cancellation and made it an easy process. If I’m able to get one in the future, I’m definitely going to deal with him
