Highly unprofesional. As ler desertcayt the customer is not 8mporyant but the supplier is. If you complain onlune regarding the services the threthen to block your account and do so evwn though as a customer we pay yearly subsription for Pro services. Plus they force you to put good reviews on theor survey or else their agents start delaying things and force us openly not to review badly.

its horrendous more than three months ordered a thing and they cant deliver or refund and their customer service is just making lame excuses instead of pleading them for a genuine answer they are just lying around on the order, no refund no order delivery.

In a matter of one month I bought 2 items from Amazon SA and unfortunately the seller was DesertCart. Both were products were cancelled by seller, separately, stating no stock of said products. these products' are still being offered for purchase. I was not given any other option and the irritating thing is that they are the only sellers that bring this into Saudi Arabia. The first product was refunded 3 weeks ago and has still not shown up on my bank statement.

No customer protection at all they just leave us to pay huge amounts for shipping without any kind of support as you see! Weaste of time and money i recommend never to use this application.
In my case i paid more than 50% from my total invoice as a shipping fees and when i received the items it was not even close to the pictures they are dealing with low quality of suppliers so you will loose your shipping fees because their policy is not protecting us i am not recommending them as a trusted shopping channel at all it's waste of money and time. Take care

You will be charged an annual subscription fee of around 200$ without any notifications. You will never see a refund or be able to remove your card. AVOID.

Free delivery costs! Somehow Desert Cart managed to get my original review removed. Hows about you're a bit more honest with your language and stop deceiving customers.

You advertise FREE DELIVERY yet this is a subscription based service so NOT free. In future I'll be monitoring attempts to remove my kind constructive feedback and expect you to publicly justify your false claims.

A truly dreadful company, which I will never do business with again. They sold me a transformer to go with an appliance they sold which was not compatible. They refused to replace or refund because 14 days had elapsed, even though they acknowledged they had recommended and sold me the wrong product. A really appalling customer service and absolutely no consumer protection. AVOID!!!

Searching for your products is not as practical as other websites, but Desert Cart is consistent with their service!
Shipping is always on time, with even earlier delivery arrivals. Very convenient to use, and has almost everything you need. Inventories it seems are updated regularly too, and Desert Cart has some products not found elsewhere.
Overall experience is excellent, and the delivery time is great and accurate!
Will surely be ordering regularly.
