Unorganized
I give it 3 stars because it didn’t took as long as it took to other people here (who complained about waiting 1 month or even more), it actually arrived after a week, BUT after it was sent they gave me a tracking website that didn’t have any information whatsoever, I spent the week not knowing where the package was or when it was going to be delivered. In the meantime I had to leave my house for a couple days and yesterday I sent an email asking for updates and they gave me a different tracking website than what I had, saying it was already delivered at my address - which it was, I asked my roommates. This never happened to me, I don’t get how they give me the wrong tracking website and only send me the right one when I ask for it. Weird. Next time I’ll buy from retailers, may be even cheaper and it’s definitely faster and efficient.

My girlfriend and I purchased a product directly from the Satisfyer website 3 weeks before her birthday, hoping it would arrive in time. When purchasing the product there was no estimated delivery date. Despite giving customer service the order number and transaction number they could not even tell us when the product would be processed or shipped, let alone when it would arrive. I was told I'd get a separate email from "our logistics partner" confirming the shipment. This promised email never came (and sadly, neither did my girlfriend). After a month of no updates I contacted Satisfyer again and was told "such a delay is, of course, an exception" and that all they could do was offer cancellation. Judging from the 81% bad rating here, delays and customer service problems are the rule, not the exception. The fact some people confuse them for a scam shows just how atrocious their customer service is.
When this company promised something kinky I thought pain might be involved, but this level of excruciating agony was not what I had in mind. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.
J'étais pas rassuré mais tout s'est bien passé
J'ai passé une première commande chez Satisfyer le 20 avril, en profitant d'un beau bon de réduction de -40%. Malheureusement, j'ai vu dans la foulée de ma commande que je pouvais cumuler avec un bon de -25% supplémentaire. J'ai donc effectué une nouvelle commande et cherché à annuler la première. En me rendant dans mon espace client je me rend compte qu'il n'y a pas le moindre historique de commande où je pourrais annuler. J'écris donc au service client en me servant du formulaire de rétractation. Les retours n'étant pas gratuit, autant dire que j'ai bien insisté pour annuler la commande avant son expédition (le tout en l'espace de moins d'une heure).
Le temps que le SAV me réponde, j'avais déjà fait le tour de truspilot et des avis négatif, et psychothé 20 fois sur à quel point j'avais fait n'importe quoi, qu'une offre aussi alléchante que -40%+-25% c'était trop beau pour être vrai, et que j'allais me faire débiter mes deux commandes.
Une heure après l'envoi des mails, j'ai un retour me confirmant que ma commande avait bien été annulée et que j'allais être remboursée sous 14 jours. J'ai respiré un grand coup. Un second e-mail d'expedition de ma commande (prête à partir sous un ou deux jours) devait me parvenir par la suite. La semaine s'étant écoulé sans nouvelles, et sans trace dans mon espace client de cette commande, j'écris au SAV, qui toujours assez rapidement me répond que ma commande va partir, et que je peux la retrouver dans mon historique client.
Quelques jours plus tard je leur signale que je n'ai pas d'historique client et je voudrai savoir où est ma commande. Je reçois deux mails, le premier m'indiquant qu'ils vont se pencher sur la question, et le deuxième un peu plus tard m'indiquant le numéro de suivi de ma commande qui venait d'être expédiée. Dans la foulée j'ai été remboursée de ma commande précédente et annulée.
Je viens de la recevoir, presque 15 jours après sa commande, l'emballage est neutre, tout y est. Je n'étais pas très rassurée par les avis négatifs mais finalement tout s'est assez bien passé.

Satisfyer.com ist eine nicht vertrauenswürdige Website. Produkte werden teilweise kaputt geliefert oder es werden Produkte verschick, die schon benutzt wurden, widerlich 🤢! Geld wir einfach nicht zurück erstattet und man wird immer wieder hingehalten! Auf gar keinen Fall bei Satisfyer.com bestellen, ist echt nur pure abzocke!!!

returned item following their process. got email asking for proof they received the return which they received in February its now April 5 and still no refund. TERRIBLE
Avoid!
Avoid at all costs. Ordered a product that was advertised as in stock and would be delivered in 3-5 days, once a week had passed I emailed inquiring about shipping times and kept receiving a copy and paste email about delays. After a month I asked them to cancel the order, they said it had been loaded so could not be cancelled; I then asked for the shipping information but they couldn't provide it. I repeatedly asked for the order to be cancelled and eventually got confirmation. I had to email again about the refund. In total, I think I had emailed them 80 times over the 5/6 weeks. Buy their products from a retailer if possible.
They have the worst customer service
They have the worst customer service. I thought that it was a scam. When ordering, at checkout there is no estimated shipping time. But i ordered anyways. I emailed them asking when it would be shipped and when could i expect the item?. took 2 days before they replied saying: soon". I then asked for my money back. Luckily i paid through paypal, but they dont want to comunicate with me through paypal, saying: we dont provide that service. Theyre honestly the worst. Never again. I still havent heard anything back so I really hope i get my money refunded. I didnt read the reviews before ordering because I bought the item based on a youtuber that was promoting it. DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE PEOPLE!
Great products but bad service
This is actually not a scam company after all. I was convinced it was after reading all these reviews. Their products are honestly amazing BUT the costumer service is horrendous and they take AGES to send the parcel. I had a similar bad costumer experience! No replies to emails. No tracking number on parcel. No information what so ever about the order. I wrote several emails and messages on all their social platforms and it took 3 weeks to get a confirmation that the order was finally dispatched. Then I heard nothing again. So I was actually quite surprised when the order actually turned up. They finally admitted that they struggling keeping up with requests and orders etc but they should really just be very transparent about that on their website. My recommendation is to buy their products via other retailers unless you have the patience of a saint.
Absolute disgrace
I ordered my items at the beginning of February, after waiting for a month and not receiving a response, I have asked for a refund from PayPal. The company never responded to the case, so Paypal ruled in my favour and refunded me the money. Four days after the refund, the parcel arrived. I emailed the company saying that I would repay them the refunded amount, for which they send me a Paypal request the next morning. I payed that but then I received an email in German, saying that I never payed them and that I need to settle the outstanding amount on my consumer account, plus handling fees. I honestly don't know who these people think they are, do not buy from here!

A MONTH AND A HALF after they emailed me saying the order was cancelled which I had to persist to get done as their staff are just rude or don’t reply I STILL have not received a refund even though they emailed stating it was cancelled at the start of February

Asked to cancel my order one week after ordering (received a gift of the same item so no longer needed my order) which is well within the T&Cs as it states you have 14 days in which you can change your mind. They refused as they said it had been shipped. However they are refusing to give me any confirmation of shipping so to me that is saying it hasn't been shipped. T&C's state that you should receive order within 30 days so will wait until then and if I haven't received anything I will go through the bank to get my money back.
Delivery
I was a bit annoyed reading reviews that said it took a month to arrive, however my parcel came 6 days after I ordered it. I will say, the delivery isn’t as discreet as they say it is - my parcel said ‘Satisfyer.com’ on it, however it was in very small print and I managed to get to the door before anyone else did so that wasn’t too bad. I haven’t tried out the product yet but overall I had a decent delivery service :)

Took close to 2 months to arrive
Took close to 2 months to arrive, when on website it explains 3-5 days. Every email I sent (about 20 at this stage) was met with the same copy-paste answers. I might aswell be talking to a FAQ page. I lost complete hope until it arrived today. It's a great product, pity it's not reflected by the poor excuse for customer service. Great potential for the company, but buy off Amazon, if you even want to support this shoddy company.
Terrible customer service, not a scam
Terrible customer service, but not a scam. I got the products, after about a month. I did not receive any email regarding tracking information, the invoice was attached to the side of the box (not discrete as advertised), the box was damaged and any contact was met with generic responses. All that being said, the products seem to be okay and I got them at a good price on sale.
Absolute trash
I had placed an order on the 7th. Sent multiple emails and tried to call but no dice. No tracking number or anything. I applied for a refund through Revolut. Hopefully they come through

Absolute Frechheit. Es wurden Ersatzaufsätze für den Pro 2 gekauft. Auf der Produktseite stand nicht, dass die Aufsätze nicht auf die alte Version des namensgleichen Toys passen. Auch auf der Verpackung der Aufsätze gibt es darauf keinen Hinweis, diesen Umstand kann man erst feststellen, wenn man versucht, die Aufsätze auf dem Toy anzubringen. Der Kundenservice ist nur per Mail erreichbar. Seit Monaten schreibe ich mit dem Kundenservice hin und her, um eine Lösung zu finden, aber eigentlich bekomme ich nur eine Antwort: Das Produkt sei geöffnet worden, damit hätte ich kein Rückgaberecht, Aufsätze für das alte Modell gäbe es nicht mehr. So kann man sich auch seine Kundschaft vergraulen.

absolutely abysmal. they refuse to cancel an order because it has been 'processed' and then proceed to not send it for another 3 weeks. I don't know if I'll ever see my order or my money back
