The Satisfyer Supernova is a well made toy with a nice soft silicone insertable part, the clitoral sucking part is rigid and for me a bit uncomfortable. The toy two motors that are controlled separately, enabling numerous combinations of vibrations, the buttons on the controls are not easy to find once the toy is inserted making it difficult to go through the modes and vibrations. The toy comes with a USB magnetic charging cable, there is no bag with it. It comes in a sealed box and a flimsy plastic insert for the price of the toy I would personally expect better packaging and a bag, to store the toy, it should also have a remote control for the price. I am not a fan of wifi controlled toys but a hand held remote control is nice, there is an option for a wifi controlled version, but the discomfort would be the same. The toy is adjustable there are two different settings, but for me both are uncomfortable, the way it arrives for me was too uncomfortable and changing the adjustment was not explained in the paperwork provided. The toy does bring me to orgasm but not my favourite toy and I would only resort to this if my other toys were not charged. For me this is not a toy I would recommend but we are all different and others might find it comfortable, I can only use it laying down, it is difficult to sit on as its too uncomfortable. This all starts long ago, when I bought a vibrating cock ring. It worked for a while, then I bought a second one for my friend, right around that time it turned to paperweight. With that red flag overlooked, I bought a vibrating butt plug, this time from their official website instead of sinful, it still works very good. Thinking that first one was a fluke, I bought a male wand, it was incredible for a while, then it basically stopped taking charge. I charged it for like 7 hours, and it gave me less than 5 minutes of fun before the signs of life faded. It still takes charge but I don't know how well. 2/4 (including my friends toy) failure rate, that's bad.

Edit: The customer service is very good. I contacted support about it and they sent me a new one, no questions asked. Still only rating 4 because of the failure rate, but overall I'm very satisfied with the support.

I am so happy with my Satisfyer. I enjoy it alone or in the company of my wife. I have found the difference between love and joy to be about 8 minutes. I can definitely recommend this toy for men.

I have the same experience with this brand as the other bad reviews say. Exactly the same thing. no tracking info, the parcel hasnt been even processed or shipped out and its been over two weeks. Unfortunately i read reviews after I placed an order which was a huge mistake because now im struggling to cancel it. I requested cancellation of my order before the 14 days period ended and they said it couldn't be cancels bc it was already processed and shipped. I just keep emailing them about this every day and they send me automated emails. I am also trying to resolve this issue through PayPal but no luck so far.

Terrible customer service!!! Inflexible and unresponsive. Since they do not provide estimated shipping times on their website, I decided to contact them after placing my order. Big mistake.

They responded to my initial email but did not address my question, and instead gave me a copy/pasted template response. Once I followed up asking them to answer my question, they just ignored me and didn't get back to me. Will ask for immediate refund under "clause 6 right to revocation".

The Satisfyer Pro is a great product. The first one I ordered was not “waterproof” and died. They did send me a replacement and even though it states “waterproof” in the description, I do NOT put my Satisfyer Pro near water!

If i could give less than one star I would! PLEASE do not order from them if youre in the UK, it's not worth it. I am not sure if the company is scamming people or if their issues are legitimately due to Brexit shipping issues but it seems bogus to me. I ordered something mid July when postage on the website stated 10-14 days, which I didnt mind waiting once i realised it was coming from Germany. 3 weeks go by and i havent even received a shipping confirmation. Emailed their customer support who informed me of delays due to brexit and covid, whatever, they said it would be another 3-4 weeks. I waited, but after 3 weeks requested a refund. it is now end Sept and ive emailed twice about the refund which has never come through. USELESS

My satisfyer pro2 was working well until recently. I remembered the product has 10-year warranty and decide to contact someone. Customer service is helpful and quick!

Amazing customer service experience and amazing products!

I had an amazing experience with a guy that went down on me. Unfortunately we broke it off but I needed to recreate the magic. Heard amazing things about Satisfyer and its true. You have to play around with it a little bit to figure out the best setting for you but holy hell this thing will take you to heaven.

Good products, especially for the price, fast and discreet shipping, helpful customer service.
