I just wanted to leave a quick review to say how impressed I am with the support team. I ran into some issues with my setup and wasn’t sure what to do, but they were incredibly helpful and patient throughout the whole process.
They responded quickly, explained everything clearly, and walked me step-by-step until everything was working perfectly again. It’s rare to find support that’s this responsive and not making you wait days or whenever they feel like it.

This place is A+. I had a niche miniature phone that I wanted root ability for, was having a hard time finding this help locally, ended up running into these guys through a google search. Their communication was great from the gate and remained so throughout our matter. They performed the root as soon as they received my phone and had it shipping back to me within 24 hours it seemed. These people are great, foreal.💯 🙌🔥

This Company is LEGIT
This Company is LEGIT! And the customer service is insane! I had a problem (user error) and they had Zach call me and walk me through how to fix it and get my app working. Very patient and very professional. I’m a non tech-savvy person so the fact he was able to identify my problem and walk me through each step will have me coming back in the future!!
Do not sleep on this company! They are the real deal!

Excellent Customer Service
Between SatComShop fixing issues caused by new App updates within hours, and then accepting returns to help fix user inflicted errors for no charge, the customer service for this shop is spectacular. I highly recommend this company for anything they are offering.

Phone was everything the description claimed it to be. They were available to answer any questions I had and even sent a guide with the phone to answer questions I didn't know I had. 12/10 would def recommend

Knowledgeable, skilled, and reasonably priced
I feel lucky to have found as skilled and reasonable a mobile repair service as SatComShop. I found them on ebay while thinking of replacing my worn down Pixel XL and damaged Pixel, then learned they offered repairs through their shop.
In discussing the repairs I wanted, SatComShop proved knowledgeable about my repairing 1st Gen Pixels. Along with their merchandise featuring other phones with replaced batteries and options for alternate OS's, this gave me great confidence in their skills. Their communication was excellent throughout the entire process. In the end, I was delighted when I got both of my phones back, now good as new.
SatComShop took care of the same work and part replacements for a fraction of the shocking amount I'd been quoted by a national mobile repair chain. I'm so happy to have my preferred devices back in excellent working condition for a reasonable cost.
I'll be looking to SatComShop for any future mobile device repairs.
