Amazing quality and timely arrival, I love the designs

Sassy Spud is the blooming best. Great products, great prices, quick delivery. All served with a dollop of sass I suppose.

Purchased two T-shirts from here and the quality is insane! I love my empty jar of f’s T-shirt but unfortunately (because I’m an idiot) I had mishap with some foundation and now it is a bed T-shirt.
Also bought the frog one which is a conversation starter as soon as someone reads it! Fabulous! Well done guys, great products ❤️

I recently ordered a few items, one of which was a replacement T-shirt for my daughter. I had spilled cha latte on a lovely blue T-shirt from Sassy Spud and couldn’t get the stain out. I messaged customer services to ask when I might receive my order as my daughter was returning from uni ant the weekend and I knew she would be so happy to have a replacement. I received a reply almost immediately from Slavena. We had a conversation over a few days as she did her best to get the order made up and shipped in time. It was the best customer service I have ever received: personal, caring and efficient. My daughter has bought Sassy Spud T-shirts for a while now and this experience has cemented my intentions to buy more of them. They wash well, are really good quality, and the prints are great. I love the fun aspect and the actual images are well drawn and printed. I couldn’t be more happy with the entire experience !

I bought the astronaut cat t shirt in green. It looks awesome and fits perfectly. Was my first purchase from SS and will definitely be getting no items from here soon.

I saw a random tee on an ad and gave the website a try. Actually I was amazed at how much there is of new, original entries. I decided to give a gift to a friend and entered the wrong address. The customer service took care of it in no time! Really good quality products, vfm and a nice, helpful approach to customers. Definitely recommended.

Supper original and fun clothing, my daughter loves stuff and quality is exceptionally good, so much cheap stuff out there that is hard to distinguish while looking online, will be buying again from Sassyspud

I've had my eye on this sassy sweatshirt for a while and decided to treat myself after Christmas. Let me tell you I was not disappointed! I went for the pale blue and it's a lovely colour, the embroidery is a good size too so no missing what it says. I chose to size up for oversized and it's lovely and cosy too! I'll be back for more, only problem is which design to choose next!

Order was never delivered and I’ve been refused a refund and told that the Christmas jumper I ordered back in December will be re printed and sent out…so I’ll get a brand new Christmas jumper ready for February. Great… absolute waste of £50. Do not waste your money.

I bought a few T-shirts for my wife and she absolutely loves them. They are a little more expensive than most places, but the material is great quality, she loves the designs, and the fit is comfortable.

T-shirt arrived well packaged and on time. I’m so happy with it! Love the character I chose and material feels like really good quality. True to size. Look forward to ordering more in the future 😺

Started by contacting Sassy Spud in October, as I wanted to buy a certain t-shirt for Christmas.
The color I wanted (“Natural”), was currently out of stock. Contacted the chat and asked when it would be back.
“Come back in 2-3 weeks again” – still not in stock. So, I chose to buy the shirt in another color (“Peach”) as a backup option for a Christmas gift (+ another shirt).

2 weeks later, I received an email from Sassy Spud – the chosen color (“Peach”) was not in stock, and I received 2 options:

Cancel the order
Put the order on hold

I told Sassy Spud, that my primary wish, was to receive the shirt in the first “Natural” color, so please put the order on hold, until this was back in stock.
In the middle of January, I received an email: The order was sent.

Now, I received 2 shirts, where one of them, was not my primary wish, but the back up, which I told Sassy Spud, to NOTsend.
I have been in contact with Sassy Spud multiple times, with no solution other than to “send it back” – which costs more than the value of the two shirts.
Have been waiting for some kind of service from Sassy Spud - but nothing.

I received the shirt last week, and the 2nd shirt I bought, is even with a bad quality/off centered print.

Do not recommend.

You didnt offer to cover the return cost, you offered to return the cost of the shipment from you to me, which is far less than the cost for me to ship it back you.

We’ve ordered t’s, tanks and pullovers from Sassy Spud before and as usual these were absolutely perfect. Quality blend t’s and designs that stand up to even the most aggressive washing machines.

Fantastic service, excellent products at really good prices. I ordered Estee Lauder face cream at 11.40pm and received the parcel at 2.40 the very next day. Couldn't believe how quickly it came. Will definitely use again and would recommend to anyone
