Welcomed on arrival, very polite no hard sell, asked what we wanted and advised to try out various mattresses until we found the right one for us.
Highly recommended, not found anywhere better

I recently bought a double bed and I can't thank Diane enough for the time she spent with me explaining the different options available.

What a brilliant shopping experience. I went to the showroom to look for a mattress, sofa and chair. We were not pushed into buying things quickly. Both items arrived in the time we expected. Thrilled to bits with the sofa and chair. Much better than the DFS ones we bought previously. Delivery lads were brilliant. I could not recommend SASO enough.

Bought a bed for £1100.00 it was delivered and the first night it felt a lot firmer than the one in the shop so we tried another few days but still to firm I rang Phil who said it could take a few months to soften and if it didn't be would get someone to look into it we tried over a 5 month period but ended up not using it as we were getting sore hips and shoulders we used our daughters bed we contacted saso again and after giving them all the info they kept asking for ie invoice number price date et C Phil said softness is a personel thing and they will not do anything except offer to sell us a topper to go on it and a new sprung base for under it. Com merchants. DON'T BUY FROM THEM.

Spent three and half thousand pounds in this store the corner unit was unwrapped by the delivery staff in great order. The bed £1400 was delivered not unwrapped by delivery as the bedroom carpet had not been put down. My husband signed papers. We unwrapped the bed photo taken unwrapping, to find a fault on one of the corners. Called saso spoke to Phil today who told me that they can't be responsible as we signed to say received in good condition even tho still wrapped. He said, yes said we were responsible for the damage that we could have done it. We went to this independent company because other large companies have really poor customer service in our experience, but here we go again re poor customer service. Moral of the story unwrap and check everything dont sign anything till you do.

Had been super excited to visit Saso since we saw the adverts on Facebook. Extremely disappointed overall. The prices of everything were INCREDIBLY OVERPRICED for what they were. You can find very similar items on the likes of Wayfair for more than half the price. A black metal framed glass coffee table for £550...I don't think so!

As you walk in the door and on many of the walls there are signs that say 'strictly no photos' which makes you think you're going into somewhere dodgy. That accompanied by the sales man that hovers around you like a fly around s**t after telling him repeatedly that you will find him if you want something makes for a completely uncomfortable experience. Won't bother coming back.

After looking round looking around for a new sofa for the past year and not finding anything suitable i was recommended SASO by a friend, so i paid their showroom in Castleford a visit, i was surprised at the quality and variety of furniture they have to offer for every room of the house. The sofa which caught my eye and i ended up buying was very similar to one i had previously seen in Barker and Stonehouse, it was also considerably cheaper. I am so pleased with my purchase and it looks lovely in my living room. The staff cannot do enough for you, they are patient and not pushy at all. I would recommend SASO to anyone, if you are looking for that special piece of furniture, then pay them a visit, you will not be disappointed.

I had a major problem due to burst heating pipe over my bedroom which absolutely soaked my old bed rendering it unusable. I searched around my local area for a bedstore who could deliver a bed the same day as ordering. Only SASO offered to do the job. After dashing to the showroom, I was greeted by Phil who patiently listened and understood my problem and requirements (due to disability), showed me what was available in stock to deliver that day. He allowed me to try various mattresses and put together a suitable bed with price for me. Whilst the price is more than I wanted to pay, the quality of the mattress is exceptional and as you sleep a long time of your life in bed it is very important. After paying for the bed, I was told what time to expect its delivery later that afternoon. The delivery men arrived on time, they took away my old soaked bed and mattress. The new bed arrived in its original packaging and, after assembling it they took away all the packaging.
Absolutely brilliant service. Whilst the bed is a little higher than I expected, I will get used to it. However if I could give Phil and the team at SASO more than a 5 star review I would. Their help and service was excellent - thank you.

I bought my wonderful mattress from Saso Bed Superstore in Castleford. The staff were excellent especially Emily. I got a GREAT discount and excellent customer service experience. Before this I had been to DREAMS and BENSON, but Saso was the place for me.
Mattress was very good, sleeps well and comfortable. Delivered on time, and old mattress taken away free of charge. To my surprise they delivered bouquet of flowers as a gesture of good will to my house. What a brilliant company SASO. I will recommend them any one.

Saso are a fabulous company...they stick. Fabulous range and are very knowledgeable. Delivery guy Simon is very very helpful I’ve bought 3 Hypnos beds and each purchase was a pleasure !

I bought a mattress online and it is so comfortable. I went for the medium comfort and have had the best nights sleep since. The lady on the telephone talked me through so may products and was very very informative.

I must mention the delivery service - from start to finish the lads were great. Arrived within the allocated time, didn't charge to take it to the room of my choice and tool my old one away.

I would certainly buy from them again and have recommended them to my family and friends.

My bed broke and needed a new one as soon as possible. I stumbled across SASO based in Castleford. I gave them a quick call and asked about the same day delivery service. 5 hours later I had a brand new bed and mattress assembled in my bedroom. I would highly recommend.

Purchased a divan bed a couple of weeks ago - great quality product and amazing customer service. One day after buying, they removed/disposed of the old bed and assembled the new bed in no time. Mattress quality is great - best sleep in years!

Excellent service, and an excellent selection or products the sales team walked me through all the different options of mattresses and we found the best one (in my opinion) very good price also, the delivery was excellent and they actually came at the time they said they would, I will definitely order from saso again
