Wandsworth Sash Windows Recensioni

Very happy with my new sash windows - they look great..!
Well explained process with good communications all the way through.
The team are very friendly and communicative and respond to any questions /concerns quickly and effectively.

We need to replace the front porch, including the door, and contacted Parsons Joinery (part of Wandsworth Sash Windows {WSW}) to undertake the work. We wanted the door to include stained glass in keeping withe 1930s style - WSW put us in touch with Cheam Leaded Lights, who did a wonderful job in creating the design we'd asked for. Although the work was delayed a little the quality of the final installation is excellent. Arthur and Leo did a very professional job fitting the porch and always let us know how the work was progressing. It was a pleasure to have them in the house. I wouldn't hesitate to use WSWs again, the quality of the work is outstanding.

Thanks to the reviews on Trustpilot I chose WSW. I happy with my new windows and the service I received. From day one communication was perfect. The salesman, surveyor gave me confidence I was dealing with an A1 company. I wanted a different colour paint on the inside of the windows than the outside. This was not a problem and I didn't seem to pay any extra. At all times I new exactly what was going on by emails and the odd telephone call.

The lead time was 20 weeks after paying 50% deposit. This gave me the opportunity to save up for the rest.
On the day of installation, protective sheeting was first placed over surfaces.
The workmen removed the shutters attached to the window before installation. Then carried out the task of replacing the sash windows which is a messy job. The workmen did very well confining the dust to the work area. The work took two days to complete, as they make good the internal and external walls. Plastering painting and refitting the shutters.
I can say through experience, this company has the skill and expertise to fit sash windows up to a high standard. I would highly recommend them but so would many of my neighbors as they too had their windows fitted by this company.
Well done lads.

We have gradually had all the windows changed in our Edwardian house replacing inherited plastic windows to proper wooden sashes, as they would have been originally. Wandsworth Sash have been brilliant, always professional, excellent craftsmanship and a beautiful end result.

We enjoyed an extremely positive experience with Wandsworth Sash Windows. Our new windows fitted throughout our home had to comply with very specific Conservation Area requirements. The new, double glazed windows had to match the original 100+ year old single glazed units as closely as possible. Wandsworth Sash Windows were able to accommodate this in ways other companies didn't entertain, including obtaining specific tools and machinery to copy exactly the original timber bars and bead and sourcing glass which maintained the original style with its "blemishes and imperfections". Charlie was particularly helpful and had a continued interest in our project throughout, given it's unique demands.

The windows were installed more than a year ago and the follow up service since has also been excellent.

We would not hesitate to recommend them to others, particularly if there are specific, individual requirements.

The quoting experience was fantastic. I was given helpful, honest advice about the different options available and I was emailed my quote very shortly afterwards. I did not feel pressured into making a decision. I decided to procced with 3 windows, keeping the surrounds but changing the sashes only. The waiting time was very long but it was communicated from the outset. I am really pleased with the difference the work has made, it all feels fresh and much warmer.

Really good quality solid wood sash windows. Took 16 weeks to make but worth it. Top notch craftsmanship and painted impeccably. Kind fitters too

Nice experience with WSW who installed a number of new windows for me. Surveyor Mark was very helpful and easy to work with. The office operation seems very efficient, whenever I had a question James in the office always came back to me via email with an answer. The fitters Charlie and Paul were great to have in the house, they explained to me everything they were doing and really seem to enjoy their work. The windows are great quality. Very much recommended, good experience overall.

I initially received two quotes from WSW to replace my sash windows. One for new sashes only and one for changing the entire frames. I opted for the first option because it was cheaper and I am really pleased with the outcome. As well as replacing the sashes for new double-glazed versions their installation team also completely repainted my existing frames. The disruption was really kept to a minimum. A week or so after the installation I had a small issue with one of the sashes seizing up but the guys came round soon after to rectify it. Great service throughout.

After my previous order of 3 new sash windows I then ordered a new rear door and casement with WSW. We are really pleased with it. The installation team worked really diligently and took great pride in their work. The door itself is really sturdy and beautifully finished, it makes such a great difference to our home and I am sure it will stand the test of time.

Very professional installation and good communication on questions throughout the process. Wait times for sash windows quite long but this was well articulated at the start of the process and because installs are made to measure. Would recommend.

We provided two of Matthew's tradesmen with accommodation overnight whilst on a job in Essex. They were excellent guests - very trustworthy and considerate. Would happily host them again.

We recently had our sash windows replaced by Wandsworth Sash Windows, and it was a fantastic experience. The quality of their work is top-notch, and they even sorted the planning permission for me given that I am in a conservation area. Highly recommended!

I'm delighted to share my exceptional experience with Wandsworth Sash Windows. From the moment I first reached out to them to the completion of the project, I was thoroughly impressed with their efficient and reliable service.

The process was seamless from start to finish. When I needed a repair for my sash windows, WSW wasted no time in organizing the necessary work. The fitter arrived right on schedule, and not only did an outstanding job with the repairs but also left the room absolutely spotless.

Five stars for an exceptional job!

Great company fantastic work very polite trades men

WSW have just completed part of a difficult job fitting windows in a Listed house with Fineo acoustic and insulating glass , as well as providing noise insulation to a large exterior door. The workmen Gregory and Leroy have done a painstaking and careful job with windows, garage door and skylights. They worked fast, everything was beautifully finished, sealed and then left neat and tidy with no mess whatever. They did a particularly nice job finishing around the door with molding that matches molding on the exterior of the house- Greg's idea and a touch of genius that blends the garage door into the facade perfectly. We couldn't be more pleased and highly recommend WSW

Wandsworth Sash Windows are incredibly easy to deal with and professional throughout the process from start to finish. They installed bay windows and two bedroom windows in our property in Beckenham arriving promptly on the agreed date and finishing the job within the day, making good the work and tidying up any mess. I would highly recommend them.

I'm very pleased with the job. WSW efficiently replaced my back door in Wimbledon. The new door looks good and functions perfectly. Overall, a solid experience.

Good guys, professional & courteous.
