Hi Fredrica,
From the tracking we can see your item was due to be delivered to you on the 18th of October, however you were unavailable for delivery to be made. We find this incredibly unfair to post a 1 star review when you were provided with tracking for your parcel, yet failed to accept it when delivery was attempted.
We provide all our customers with tracking for this very reason so they can be home to accept delivery and can track the parcel on its way to them.
No attempt has been made to contact us in the meantime. If you have contacted us, we would have been able to assist you with matters before leaving a premature review.
