I've just completed the 3 day NLP Foundation Diploma with Sarah and I can honestly say its one of the best things I've ever done! NLP is incredible and has altered my internal narrative in such a positive way that I don't recognise the person I was last week. It sounds fantastical but it is honestly one of the most profound experiences I've had - and I've had some profound experiences on a 10 year long personal development and self discovery journey.
What Sarah manages to create in the space she holds for her students is actual magic. She is so passionate and is an incredible teacher and guide and I cant thank her enough. Thankyou so much Sarah :-)

Sarah is a natural coach and really brings the whole fascinating area of NLP to life. I absolutely loved doing my NLP diploma and then the practitioner. I found some of the sessions brought up things from my past which I hadn't journey'd back to in a very long time however my absolute breakthrough was my last session of the practitioner. I've been through some very challenging times lately and I know the NLP has helped me through it sub consciously. I will look into this more once I am fully recovered. Sarah is a brilliant mentor and teacher and makes it easy to understand and learn.

Sarah is a delight to work with- she is extremely knowledgeable and talented at what she does. She is an excellent motivator and developer of people and works tirelessly to improve all she comes into contact with. She is highly experienced at what she does and her courses really are life changing!

The energy and charisma Sarah brings to a room is utterly contagious. I just finished the NLP practitioner course and I can honestly say I am not the same person that walked in that classroom back in January 2024. My goals are stronger, my vision is clearer, and my courage in achieving them is confident. I have just completed the most amazing 5 months of NLP practitioner training with Sarah. Not only is there such an enormous amount of content covered in an engaging and accessible way, but Sarah is expert at building a supportive community of people who support and lift each other. I recently completed Sarah Fletcher's 3-day NLP course, and I couldn't be more thrilled with the experience. I was a little concerned attending via zoom instead of in person however, Sarah's expertise, passion, energy and inclusive approach made the learning process engaging and interactive. When I booked this course I didn't really know much about it but I was drawn to it and I am so grateful that I jumped on it impulsively as it will change my life. I've had a major shift in my way of thinking and perceiving situations and how the world may perceive me. There is so much in the 3 days that I didn't want it to end! It is all so very fascinating and I am surprised this is not a course that is compulsary to all learners because it would make the world a happier place! Clear, relatable and valuable training. I am sure what Sarah doesn’t know about NLP and mBit isn’t worth knowing. She’s a lovely bright caring person who appreciates her community and offers plenty of opportunities to share the learning within her groups! Can’t wait for my next training course with her!!

I attended Sarah’s NLP course and so much resonated with me. Sarah shows you easy and practical ways to incorporate NLP into your daily life and explains things in a normal person language so I didn’t feel overwhelmed. I’d absolutely advise anyone to take the course as Sarah’s training room is comfortable, clean and relaxing and you’ll meet a lovely group of people, I certainly did xx

I completed my Diploma in NLP with Sarah in June and found this to be an amazing experience
The room is a calm space and Sarah chose just the right amount of participants to evoke debate and conversation but small enough to feel confident in your response to be open and honest
The content is paced right and is explained appropriately

Sarah is an amazing person she has great energy makes her a fantastic trainer and coach. Training is in a comfortable environment where you feel very relaxed and ready take in the knowledge that will change your life for the better. I have completed my NLP diploma and practitioners course with Sarah recently, choosing Sarah because her training room is literally down the road from me, which makes a nice change from having to travel to other towns or cities.
Sarah is a lovely, open and friendly person, with an absolute enormous wealth of knowledge around NLP. The training room and facilities suited what was needed and provide a relaxing place where you can learn.
I would without doubt recommend Sarah, and I believe in her as a coach / trainer so much, that i've already booked to complete two further training courses with her this year.
