ONE STAR IS FAR TOO GENEROUS
Do not order from this company. Items I ordered were not as advertised and of an inferior quality, certainly not value for money. Trying to get information to return and get a refund was an experience. After many email exchanges I received full refund.
I would not recommend this company at all. I still await details of return address!

Wrong size shoe was sent to me and they required a further £8.99 to send the correct size. It has been a nightmare to try and get any refund. Do not use this company wish I had never seen their advert

If I could rate 0 I would, this company is very misleading , they show you items that are nothing like what you receive , I was sent 2 faulty items , I’ve sent email after email had no response, don’t buy from them it’s Chinese shite

SCAMMERS!!! Dont touch this site with a barge pole. I have never before received such disgusting cheap replications of what I ordered. They looked nothing like what was advertised. Like others I thought this to be a UK company only to find later shipping was from China and payment from France. Straight away upon receipt I contacted them asking for a refund and returns labels. After a further follow up email and 2 weeks later I am still awaiting a response. Let me be clear the star above is minus 1. There must be some kind of action that can be done to take these sites down.

Shocking company. Website makes out they're in London. Ignores email requests to return items. Items poor quality, sizing way out & poor quality fabrics. AVOID!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. As everyone is saying what you think you’re getting and what arrives are two very different things. It’s a pity I can’t add photos! When the parcel eventually arrived, before I even opened it I said’ Looks like it’s come from Temu!’
The photos show shoes which look beautiful, say they are comfortable and padded, well if your idea of comfort is plastic shoes with no padding then you’ll like them. They are cheap, nasty and don’t even fit properly they’re so badly made. An honest company would give you return details on their website. But not this one, you email to get the address to return but hey, guess what - they don’t reply leaving customers with ‘shoes’ not fit for purpose. Annoyed and angry doesn’t really cover how I feel!!

Ordered a pair of sandals which are of really bad quality. Seen other reveiws saying the same. I feel like ive been scammed

Absolutely shocking service have been trying to return a dress for over a week they won't send return details jst ignoring my emails supposed to be Sarah lily london yet ship's from China with a French phone number which doesn't get answered quality is crap

If I could give ZERO stars I would.
The company is based in Asia and their website makes out they are UK based. Ordered a dress, nothing like the picture, no way was it a size 6 more like a 12. Tried to return it , they take forever to answer an email and then answer with more questions. Dress cost £34.95, told it would be 20 euros to send it back to Asia and would incur further costs. Offered another item free, or 40% of my money back

I have given this company one star because there isn't a facility to give less! The sandals, which I received yesterday, are an insult! The quality of the materials and the workmanship, used to make them, are unbelievably poor; the upper part is roughly two sizes smaller than the sole!! They are literally unwearable.

My wife received her sandals today,they took a while to arrive,we thought they were coming from London but no it turned out they were coming from China! Having known that they wouldn't have been purchased! The quality is disgusting and they will be going in the bin!! Please do not purchase!!

This gives the impression of a quality clothing retailer.Its goods are shoddy ,their pictures show double stitched hems ,which were only single stitch ,the garment had multiple pieces of thread on it.The material was not denim but a polyester cotton mix.
Trying to send it back is difficult. The return policy means it has to be sent back to China to a complex address when we costed the return it was60% of the value which we would have to bear.

Absolutely terrible clothing cheap material terrible hems n no contact to send back high priced rubbish....

My mother, who is in her 70s, purchased a dress that turned out to be far too small and of poor quality. On 1st April, I assisted her in emailing Sarah & Lily to request instructions on how to return the item and obtain a refund.

They did not respond until 7th April, at which point they attempted to offer an alternative garment instead of addressing the return request. We made it clear that my mother did not want a replacement and simply requested return instructions and a refund.

Despite further follow-up emails sent on 7th, 8th, and 10th April, we received no meaningful response until 21st April. Once again, they ignored the request for a refund and instead repeated their offer of a replacement item.

There appears to be no customer service phone number, leaving us unable to escalate the matter. The lack of responsiveness and refusal to process a straightforward return and refund has been extremely frustrating.

I would strongly advise others to exercise caution when dealing with this company.
