Bought several bottles over the years and paid £16.50 a bottle bought it because I liked it but not cheap well it’s been in the cupboard for awhile went to drink it and it tastes like paint stripper not nice. For something that’s quite expensive. I didn’t expect it to have turned bad wine is supposed to last a long time right? Very disappointing that I’ve had to pour 5 bottles down the drain. So be warned don’t buy in bulk. Totally upset and won’t be buying anymore.

Ordered 6 bottles on April 1. It's April 23 and was supposed to be delivered April 21 and did not happen. Still waiting as of 5 pm on April 23. Will not reorder.

I love the taste and when I served it on Christmas Eve everyone enjoyed it.

I ordered five bottles of wine and one bottle of olive oil while visiting their villa in Italy back in mid November and so far my experience has been disappointing and discouraging. They do not respond to emails in an efficient manner and make promises that they are unable to deliver I have requested to cancel the order on two occasions and I have been totally ignored. If I do not have a response or my order in time for Christmas, I will report the charge to my credit card company. Do not order from this company, As they are extremely slow and their customer service does not respond!

My order had missing bottles and the customer service are worse than useless. Extremely unhelpful and unprofessional. The wine itself was overpriced and pretentious! Really disappointing

When I saw some of the reviews on here, I was nervous after placing my order. No need to be in the end!
Ordered 5 bottles at Friday 10am, by Saturday 10:30am they had been delivered! The blue sparkling was lovely. Not tried the others yet, hopefully just as nice. Can’t fault them, would use again.

Had a spam text message from them.

I’ve never heard of them so I’ve no idea where they got my name and number from.

Clearly they are buying unsolicited mailing lists. Clearly a company to avoid to discourage such behavior.

You sell my favorite wine and I appreciate you helping me out when I had an issue with the carrier literally refusing to deliver to my house even though we were home to sign, you tracked down a place that would hold it for me.

I've ordered twice from these guys now.
Both times they w multiple orders. Never had any issues
Boxes turned up in timely manner with everything i ordered.
I wonder if these other reviewers ordered throygh some scam company? It happens!!

Dispicable company, Wish I would have read these reviews prior to my order. This is a scam. Based out of MO not ITALY. They never shipped the order even though they claim it was shipped within their 9 days it takes to package the 6 bottles. All bad reviews on Yelp, Google, Facebook..... DO NOT. BUY FROM THEM. If they do respond, it is just bs answers. I have filed fraud against them with my credit card company.

Do not order! Payment taken for 12 bottles but not received and no response from any emails sent. Have been trying to follow up for 5 months and have been totally ignored.

This company is legit! Not only is their Blumond blue Bubbly completely delicious but their customer service is outstanding!
I ordered 3 bottles of bubbly for a New Year’s party and the bottles were delivered frozen and one exploded from the cold. (This was not due to poor packaging, but was shipped at the time the country was experiencing negative temperatures from coast to coast.
I emailed customer service and heard back the very next day! They shipped out three more bottles express and saved the day.
Very happy I did business with Saraceni Wines….and thank you!!!

I ordered mine on December because it said it’ll be delivered by Thursday evening. It is now Friday, the day before Christmas Eve and this was a gift. As everyone else has said there is no official number to call except an email. Only heard back once saying it’s in the US and they will contact FedEx to speed up the process, but every time I checked still says ready to ship and shipment information unknown. This seems like a shady company that I should have never gave them a chance. Now I have to rush to get something else for Christmas.

Order placed for 6 bottles on 5th December 2022. Still hasn't arrived today - 19/12/22. Contacted directly via email and by using online contact form. No response. Like so many these days, no direct landline contact is available. Very poor customer service!!

NON RECEIPT Ordered 7 bottles 2nd December - Ended up reporting to paypal as no response to messages.
Today only 5 bottles arrived and yet it says all of my delivery has arrived.
If you look on their Facebook page you will lots of complaints about non delivery or only partial.
Either they just scam or their delivery partner are stealing customers orders.
Either way keep well away- they won’t respond to messages calls or emails. Or indeed even paypal!!!!!!

Ordered 5th December no sign of delivery. No order confirmation. No communication whatsoe. Looks like it hasn't even been dispatched.

Edit - after posting the above review and chasing Saraceni up, both at 4-5pm on a Friday night they managed to arrange immediate dispatch and delivery arrives by Monday. Then next working day. They said it was Royal mail... Hard to argue with to be fair.
