WOutstanding Payment and Lack of Communication After Service Deliverye worked with your representative

We worked with your representative, Valencia Jasira, on a link-building project in January 2026. While we successfully delivered the agreed work within the stipulated timeframe, the payment for our services—amounting to $140—remains outstanding.

After two months she is asking to cancel this order as we are unable to do that

We encourage others to exercise caution when entering into agreements, as such situations may pose a financial risk.

Training Cancelled- No Proper Refund Response

I am extremely disappointed with my experience. I registered and paid for a training course [SAP PM], only to later receive an email stating that the course had been cancelled. This was already inconvenient because I had made arrangement to attend.
What is even more frustrating is that after the cancellation, there has been little to no meaningful communication regarding my refund. I have followed up but have not received clear feedback or confirmation that my money will be returned.
As a customer, this creates a lack of trust. If a company cancels a course, the refund process should be immediate and transparent.
Due to the inconvenience and the uncertainty around the refund, I have decided that I do not want to proceed with this training even if it is rescheduled.
I hope the company improves its customer service and refund process so that other customers do not experience the same issue.

Grösster Software Müll

Was sich SAP mit ASAL 2.0 (Programm für die Arbeitslosenkassen in der Schweiz) geleistet hat ist ein Skandal! Laut SECO (Staatssekretariat für Arbeit)
hat es über 200 Millionen CH-Franken gekostet. Anstatt den Benutzer zu Unterstützen (dafür wurde die Informatik erschaffen), verursacht es nun einen 20x höheren Eingabe- und somit auch Zeitaufwand.

Absolute nightmare

Absolute nightmare. Even when you shut down your account you are bombarded by their emails and there is no way to opt out.

It is impossible to contact them to try and discuss it. Their chat doesn't work and you can't give feedback on their systems until you have finished their chat.

If anyone has any idea of how to contact these folk I would be eternally grateful. We had to sign up as part of a contract with a large company but I would be very wary if the request ever came through again.

For a software company that is meant to make processes easier they are an absolute nightmare

Der größte Müll

Der größte Müll. Damit arbeiten zu müssen, ist wirklich eine Plage. Das System ist absolut nicht durchdacht. Ich hoffe, mein Arbeitgeber stellt auf firmeneigene Software wieder um. Seit Jahren muss ich mit SAP "arbeiten". Das System stürzt durchgehend ab. Arbeiten ist kaum möglich. Dafür zahlt man auch noch. Unverständlich

Große Versprechungen vorher...

Große Versprechungen vorher, teuer und die absolute Steifigkeit in den Prozessen nachher. Man kann nichts mehr anpassen, wenn 1x bebucht und jede Anfrage kostet extra! Die IT-Gruppen zocken ab, wenn man mal ein Problem hat. Können wir als Betrieb nicht empfehlen-Finger weg!! Besser kleinere IT-Unternehmen fragen-die programmieren nach Wunsch. So haben wir das jetzt auch gemacht.
SAP hat nur einen großen Namen, mehr nicht.

Horrible morals and adherance to law

Had to create an account there as my former client was using it. They started sending me emails, and I've asked to be removed (whole account) and unsubscribed, but they refer me to a f... you form with recaptcha and a hell of a process to reacquire my acconunt credentials to unsubscribe from their email list. This has gone on for 10 years, and I write them about monthly / quaterly still.
They don't respect your privacy, they don't respect law (email has to be an easy opt-out process), they don't respect unsubscribe requests, they don't respect account deletion requests.
They are a shit company with poor / non-existing morals and who does not live up to law.

Do not do business with these jokers.

You can check out unsubcribe anytime you like, but you can never leave

Don't do it. Yet another company that signs you up in seconds, but you can never leave. I recommend setting up a dummy login and check account deletion before signing up with a valid email. To delete an account SAP require you to email them whereby you will receive endless emails requesting more and more information. Eventually I asked them not to email and simply remove/delete my account (after being with them for 5 years). Email just arrived, SAP apologises for the process and gives me a number I can ring to delete my account (apparently). Don't do it. It should be illegal to hold companies to email ransom and just waste your time like this. What is the point? Desperate for an email address to inflate their 'users' at any cost is my guess. Don't do it.
