If I could rate -10000 I would. I ordered two dresses well in advance for my best friends weddings. They arrived 2 days late and were so unsupportive of the situation. They only told me they could not tell me when it would arrive. I’m not sure I’ve ever heard of a company that can’t tell you when an item will arrive. Customer service is awful. Secondly after getting the items late and trying to return them I’ve been told I can’t because they are not faulty and been offered to keep them and given 10% refund? Or my second option they have given me is to return the items at my own cost and give me a refund deducting 15% “handling fees”. It’s honestly daylight robbery. They took almost a month to arrive and now they expect me to lose out because of that! As a first time customer this is disappointing and disgusting. I’m really upset as the dresses cost me a lot all together and I was relying on that money to feed my children. Evil brand I would not shop here

If I could give 0 stars I would. The dress is the worst quality dress I’ve ever seen and looks nothing like on the website. Complete false advertising. When I tried to return the dress they gave me 2 options and I selected to return the dress and then they forced me into a 20% refund only. It’s a total and complete scam DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!

I wouldn’t even give this company 1 star if I didn’t have to.
Absolutely shocking company, completely false advertising, the photos on the website are nothing like the items supplied, the dress that arrived is such awful quality!
And they just don’t respond to when trying to get a return, I have had to open a dispute with my bank to try and get my money back.

The returns policy is horrendous.

They claim “easy returns” but when the quality of the dress I bought was below par and looked nothing like the photograph advertised. I requested to return it they offered a return but saying that they would keep 15% as a “processing fee” as well as paying for the return myself. Which was not advertised anywhere on the website. Very much smoke and mirrors being quite slimy.

They take payment but don’t send any shipping details. ITS A SCAM DO NOT BUY FROM THEM

I’m 99% convinced this website is a scam. I only realised after I saw the same ad for the dress I ordered from multiple different brands on my Instagram stories. I placed my order at the beginning of May of 2 items and only one of them arrived. They probably ship some items so they don’t come across as a complete fraud. No update in sight about the other one.

I fully doubted that a dress would arrive but it actually did! The customer support always answered my emails. The dress is not the most amazing quality but a bit of an iron and it’ll be totally fine.

Ordered off their website and wish I hadn't bothered. Only 1 of the 2 dresses arrived and the absolute worst quality dress I've ever seen. Please do not waste your money!

They make it impossible to get a refund but if you can go through your credit card provider or bank as they can raise the dispute on their end and will 99% of the time be able to refund you without hassle!

Save yourself the time and energy as this company will just ignore you and not let you get a refund regardless.

Can’t believe I didn’t read these reviews before buying. Dress arrived but the quality is dreadful (material feels like a swimming costume, top half different colour to the bottom half, loose threads every where) and the returns policy has purposefully been made impossible. T’s & C’s state that they don’t refund sale items, yet all items seem to be in the sale. You need to email them requesting a return and, if they approve it, you pay for postage yourself but they still charge you a 15% “restocking” fee. Absolute scam.

Scam company - do not buy!!!

We bought the same dress in two sizes online with the intention of returning the one that did not fit. This is very normal in the UK to do this. They refused to refund us despite there being nothing wrong with the dress that we want to return.

They have a very complicated returns policy which allows them to block refunds. You have to email them to get a refund and submit photos of dress.

DO NOT BUY!!!! I bought a dress following a tik tok add, I was unaware but the images of the dress were actually from house of CB. The dress I received was no where near what was described on the photo. I’ve emailed and they’re stating unless the dress is broken, I have to pay to refund it, despite being missold! DO NOT USE THIS WEBSITE!

****UPDATE****
I have done chargeback with Monzo and since the 4th of June I’ve had emails, that appear robotic and AI like, sending me the same solutions of ‘send it back and pay to send it to us’. Still battling with them. I’d advise everyone who has been scammed by this website to do a chargeback from their bank.

They use stolen images from instagram to advertise for their products. I bought 4 dresses and only after google searched the pictures they were advertised in only to find out these images were of random influencers / different brands. They sent the dresses and they are the most disgusting poor quality products I could have ever seen. Their website says they accept returns but when asked for it they said they only accept return of faulty items. I also tried to cancel my order immediately and instead they said it had already been processed (lie). DO NOT BUY

Absolutely awful. I ordered a prom dress for my daughter which took weeks rather than days to arrive. When it eventually arrived I opened the package to find that the dress had an iron burn mark in the back, a tear in the fabric and frayed seams. I’m currently waiting on a return label and will have to pay for the item to be returned plus an additional 15% handling fee. Incredibly poor quality and customer service.

Would leave 0 stars if I could. Ordered 2 dresses on 1/5, it’s now 23/5 and there’s no update on shipping/ tracking. Unsure if it they will ever arrive or if I’ve just lost £70

Do not use this company and avoid at all costs. If I could give a zero star rating I would. It is a scam site and you won’t receive your order or a refund. Their website should be closed down

Very long delivery, dress was supposed to be dark brown but arrived light brown and the quality and shape of the dress was awful, nothing like the pictures online.
When you ask to return it they want pictures and videos. Absolute scam.

I placed an order may 4th, the tracking update shows the order has not yet been processed.
Definately a scam and no update since then!
Steer clear.

I initially believed this website might be a scam after reading several negative reviews online and not receiving any shipping updates for a while. However, I did receive my order, and the dress was genuinely worth the price I paid (£33). I had even raised a dispute with my card provider, but I’ve since withdrawn it, as I’m satisfied with what I received.

Ordered 26th April, now 2wks on there is no dress and no update. Customer service doesn’t respond to emails.
