I would 100% recommend this company
I have recently booked the Santas Magical Interlude with Benjamin Rosser-Jacks and had one of the best experiences of customer service that I’ve ever experienced. Nothing was too much for him, he answered all the questions that I had and helped me to tailor this once in a lifetime trip to include everything we could have dreamed of. I can’t recommend this company highly enough! They reply promptly to you and keep you updated throughout. In addition to this they do not hard sell or put you under any pressure to book. I will 100% be telling my friends about you!!

Amanda was a fantastic help, she provided us with ample information about the trip was very knowledgable about Lapland, having travelled there herself several times and was really positive. I would definitely book with her again, highly recommended!!

Santa Trips amazing customer service!
Jodie Rogers has been absolutely brilliant helping me book our Santa Trip. So friendly, always available to talk and answer any questions. I cannot fault her or her team, who i also spoke to! Jodie was wonderful. Explained everything. Gave me the benefit of her own experience taking children to some where wonderful but very very cold.cannot fault her. Just hope the trip lives up to all the hype and doesn't turn into a miserly disaster that you see on the news at Christmas. So so looking forward to it. 😀

If I could give them zero I would. Booked my trip over a year in advance to be told that my accommodation wasn't available anymore. I was then offered an alternative no where near as good at the same cost. When I raised a complaint they really couldn't care less. These guys clearly don't book their own trips and just use other agents. Don't waste your time or money with them.

Great booking experience with Jodie. I received 3 quotes (had only anticipated 1) around 12 hours after I submitted my enquiry online. All the quotes were really detailed in what they included. When I rang to book the one I wanted Jodie was really friendly and super helpful, sharing hints and tips based on her own experience. Confirmation documents came through quickly and we are really excited for our trip to Lapland already! Would absolutely recommend based on helpful, friendly and professional booking experience.

So far, just based on the enquiry/quoting/booking journey, it's been 5 stars! I have been speaking with Jodie who has been super efficient, sent lots of quotes to give different options in terms of pricing/budget and location and generally asking what we want from our trip. No pressure at all which was nice. Lovely to have a complete run down of what's included. Really looking forward to Lapland now!!!! Thanks Jodie! 😊
