About the company:
Samyx Cleaning Services started its existence in 2015. It all started with the meeting of two experienced supporters in the field of cleaning, who founded the company Stan Velchev and Svetlana Georgieva. They very quickly clarify the concept of their business ideas driven entirely by the fact that people need to feel calm and carefree about the cleanliness in their home or office. Both of them had businesses before but they believed so strongly in Samyx's idea that they left all of them and devoted themselves to building of the Samyx Cleaning Company. Always driven by its desire to provide its customers with the most trained cleaners possible and with the best possible equipment, the company has thousands of cleaned sites and many happy customers. This is a great pride for us as Samyx Cleaning Company was started from scratch and a few years later ranks among the most sought after and long-standing cleaning companies in London.
About the company aims:
As already mentioned above, we have been guided from the very beginning of the business by providing quality cleaning services to our customers. We work to make our customers happy with our services because what could be better than seeing a smile on the customer's face after a service?
In connection with the difficult times of COVID-19, we were very shaken, but this helped us to better analyze our business and motivates us to invest all possible means to adapt and become a stronger company. We want to prove to you that for us this is not just a business, but a vocation that we feel deep inside and want to share with you. Therefore, we have never needed your support more than now! Now more than ever we need to give our best to our customers to earn our positive feedback and reach more people. It is no coincidence that Samyx's motto is - The right choice! We believe in that - believe and you too!
About our promise:
After all the above, you may have noticed that the basis of our existence is the customer. That is why we have established rules that we follow in order to deliver maximum satisfaction from the services of Samyx. We will always treat you with the necessary respect and will try to help you kindly! It is really important to us that you will see that we are professionals! Also, you can expect completely honest quotation prices without hidden charges with all details which you have to know before each booked service from Samyx Cleaning!
About the Samyx cleaning team:
We know very well that you need to feel that you are in safe hands. Therefore we pay particular attention to the training of our cleaners because they are our face. This is the hardest part of our business and we are constantly trying to improve working conditions and look for the right people with whom to achieve the high goals we have set. Last but not least, we want to mention that we are constantly trying to update our equipment and detergents that we use to always be up to date with the latest developments in the cleaning business.
In conclusion, we can say that we work for your satisfaction and welcome you to join our many satisfied customers! You can trust to Samyx Cleaning!

Great customer service and cleaning. Honest and hard working company!
After enquiring with many and receiving a few quotes, Samyx Cleaning was our choice for End of tenancy cleaning.
Communication and cleaning were spot on! They all were amazing in answering so many questions and keep me up to date with everything. The flat was clean and no complaints so far from the landlord.
Even when there have been some issues caused by me, they tried to accomodate and made sure I was not impacted, reducing the the stress already caused by moving house.
Quick tiip: Just make sure you enter the exact information about the size of the flat and the number of rooms and bathrooms. On the size you can add .5 bathrooms (meaning a toilet). I was not aware of but the issue was solved on the spot! Thanks a lot!!!

Not happy with the service
Not happy with the service! Booked an end of tenancy clean for a small 2 bed flat that was left in a vert tidy condition. Paid £220. Checked the flat after the clean & I had to take pictures of the smudges and spills that were still on the sofas, mantlepiece, surfaces, & an entire drawer set was left untouched. I mentioned this to Samyx -they responded right away & sent the cleaner back but the whole process was very stressful as we had already given in the end of tenancy keys. I had to trust that the cleaner was going to give the keys back, spent lots of my time checking everything once again, & trust that the same cleaner who went back did what they'd say they do, & what they should have done the 1st time around.
I understand that things can be missed, but did not expect it to be on such a large level! Didn't get an apology for the lack of professionalism & bad service..
The cleaners who arrived also did not seem to understand what I explained to them and were not friendly at all.

Dear AGC,
Unfortunately, we didn't receive any complaint from you and we have no way of knowing. If you had notified us of any unsatisfactory cleaning we would have done our best to resolve the issue as quickly as possible by returning completely free of charge to clean the unsatisfactory areas or discussing some form of compensation.
We work with many professionals, but they are also human and may make mistakes. That's why we provide a guarantee period after each cleaning service in which we can come back free of charge and fix any cleaning mistakes or compensate you in some way. All you had to do was notify us by email within the guarantee period you agreed to, before booking us. It's been almost a whole month since your service without any notice from you and unfortunately, it's too late to do anything.
Kind regards,
Samyx Cleaning team

Booked to have my stair carpet cleaned, the guy come in with a steamer, didn’t spk English, so that didn’t help, well as soon as he put machine on, just water the smell was awful, I wanted my carpet cleaned, ten min he finished, but all I had was wet and smelly carpet, so I got money back and now have a professional man doing it to rid off smell🤬

Dear Ms Janice,
Thank you for the feedback -
All our cleaning teams use professional equipment, and are professionally trained - we do not use steam cleaners - we actually use hot water extraction carpet cleaners - unfortunately, we don't want to sound condescending towards you but the smell was from the dirty water extracted from the carpets and not from our machines, all our machines are professionally cleaned after each use and serviced regularly - We have done this type of service for many years and know exactly what we are doing, we have never had any complaints over the years that we have been providing carpet cleaning from any clients.
In terms of the time it took the job, it wasn't 10 minutes, it takes 5 minutes to set the machine up correctly, it is impossible to clean the carpets correctly in 10 minutes.
We are very sad you feel disappointed with our services.
Kind regards

Amazing service.
Communication with the company is great: fast, polite, finding solution for you straight away, keeping in touch for any issue or update.
The service was also good: the cleaners did a very good job within the time frame I calculated.
The price is just the best, also considering the quality of the work. It took me a while to find something for a decent price.
Will use it and recommend again, 100%
