One of the best experience you could have !!

Samyak Yoga near Mysore is an excellent school where I had the privilege to learn for one month in January 2018. The teachers are extremely professional, the covered physical and theoretical knowledge is very comprehensive, I felt ready to start my own classes after the course.

Rakesh and Alvin are dedicated teachers with a wealth of knowledge between them. They are supportive, interested and understanding.I flourished during the course. The situation is a lovely one with the river close by-it was my favourite place to relax. Support staff are lovely and do their best to make your stay as comfortable as possible.
As well as incredibly thorough teaching of the asanas, breaking them down, the chance to teach beginning with small groups, and lots of tips about managing classes there was chance to learn some philosophy. I would have welcomed the opportunity to debate and discuss issues that came up.........to talk about my views as a westerner, and clarify my ideas about eastern philosophy. I feel it would have been more stimulating to engage in a conversation with other students and the teacher. I would also have welcomed a restorative class in the afternoons. This is a demanding course, both physically and mentally. That said I would have no qualms in recommending it.

J'ai vécu une formidable expérience au sein de la famille Samyak, j'y ai découvert des personnes authentiques et bienveillantes. J'ai reçu lors de cette formation un riche enseignement tant sur le plan philosophyque du yoga, que sur le plan humain. Je recommande 1000 fois cet endroit.

It was a perfect time with great people in a perfect surounding

Just the right balance.

I've had such a great time with Samyak, the organisation is perfect, teachers are amazing, the building and the bedrooms are so comfortable, and very very clean. Even before I've booked, I've sent emails to have few informations, to ask questions, I've always had a quick and very detailed answer. All the staff is doing a beautiful job, everybody is nice, smiling, helpfull.
This place is surrounded by peace and tranquility, the river is a perfect spot for meditation or studying. The class are very intense, so interesting, you'll learn so many things, it's amazing. I definitly highly recommand this place, I'll go back again in few months/years for another training.

Go to Samyak blind eyes, go back of Samyak with sunlight instead your eyes.
