horrible experience
horrible experience, fixtures arrived bent, don't meet US, UL labeling standards, are a fire hazard, and if you want to return them, they say you have to ship them back to China at your expense, and lie about the declared value, that means, that they are basically asking you to break the law, yeah good luck and learn from my experience, don't buy by anything from this company

The safety of our products is our highest priority and is never compromised.
Damaged Item & Returns: We are sorry to hear the fixture reportedly arrived bent. Our standard policy in such cases is to ship a brand-new replacement, completely free of charge, and there is no need to return the original item to China. We typically ask for a photo of the issue simply to document it for our records, but we have not yet received any message or evidence from you.
