A letter sent to CEO and other senior managers has yielded no result: Unresolved Repair requests; Insulting Customer care; indifferent Service centre personnel
Respected owners; CEO; and senior management at Samsung,

In the month of February 2026, my wife and I, decided to buy 5 Samsung products for our new flat in Serampore, West Bengal in India. All invoices attached. We did this because of our excellent belief in Samsung products since2004 buying from John Lewis and Tesco in the UK.

After installation of all products, we had registered an issue with both AC’s – outdoor units were making too much noise. As per Samsung’s manual online, Its 47 dBA for a 5 star 1.5 ton Windfree AC and 53dBA for a 3 star 2 ton windfree Ac. We have purchased 1 each. The noise levels recorded are around 72dBA for both.
Technicians visited and said that this is normal. They said they have trained ears and do not need or keep a decibel meter for such trifle matter.
Further down the line we started having issues with the 1.5 ton AC. Bad pungent smell emits every time the AC switches on. I tried diagnosing it via the Smart things app but it does not function, instead the AC switches on automatically in the FAN mode. Video Attached
When the same diagnosis was performed on the 2 ton AC it worked fine. Photos attached.

We raised complaints – techs visited and claimed all is normal. Called central customer service, reported to the CEO but all maintained nothing wrong. You have to live with it. (Mehak and Aniket responded from the CEO desk and Kajal Srivastav made sly remarks and forced upon us that we customers are ignorant, have no clue about modern products so shut up and drop the service request.
Next issues arose with the refrigerator
My new Side-By-Side door refrigerator developed a clicking noise. Technicians visited and diagnosed that Hinge needs changing of the door of the fridge side.
They came back with the wrong parts and just put black tape around it and said it's done.
I have complained to the head office, CEO but the problem persists and they refuse to repair the new fridge under warranty. The clicking noise is back and persisting but no help even after pleading to them.
We are an elderly retired couple and we are being humiliated and insulted. When we suggested that we will pay for the service and parts, the service centre person Mr. Das laughed at us and said we are too rich - give this refrigerator away in charity and buy a new one.

They have been sending consecutive WhatsApp messages to cancel my service requests. Attached screenshot. Photo attached of black tape attached around the door hinge hanging out.

We are absolutely helpless and have lost all our self-respect and dignity trying to reason for a repair of the 2 products.
It feels like we are taken to a mental asylum even though we are not mad but every doctor (personnel) at Samsung have labelled that we are. This trauma after spending good money after retirement is insufferable.
We have also purchased products from LG, Panasonic, Faber and Godrej but have had no issues.
We pray to the high and almighty to provide us justice and restore our dignity.

EXTREMELY AGGRESSIVE & UNETHICAL BRAND! Total Screen Failure on Galaxy Z Flip After 1 Year – Avoid Samsung!

​I am writing this to warn every potential buyer about how Samsung treats its premium customer base. I have been a loyal user, but after my experience with a ₹1-lakh category flagship phone (Samsung Galaxy Z Flip, Model: SM-F741WLGAXAC), I am completely disgusted by this company.
​The Issue: Sudden Total Hardware Failure
​Exactly one year after using the device, the screen suddenly went completely pitch black. The touch is blindly working, but the display is entirely dead. I have maintained this phone meticulously—there is absolutely NO physical damage, no dents, no scratches, and it has never been dropped.
​The Service Center & Head Office Trap
​I took the device to the authorized Samsung service center in India (Service Request: 4435240908). They handed me a ridiculous repair estimate of ₹27,145 to replace the display and battery.
​When I contested this, Samsung’s head office explicitly contacted the local service center to microscopically inspect my phone, desperately hunting for an excuse—any scratch or dent—to blame me for the damage. They found absolutely NOTHING because the phone is in perfect condition. Since they completely failed to find any user fault, they shamelessly fell back on a geographical technicality: because my brother purchased this phone for me in Canada, they are labeling it an "Overseas Model" and refusing to take responsibility for a factory defect.
​The Shocking Double Standards & Rude Behavior
​The "Green Line" Hypocrisy: The service center staff openly admitted to me that if my screen had a "green line" issue, Samsung India would have considered a free replacement. But because my screen failed completely due to their own poor manufacturing, I am expected to pay ₹27,145!
​Abusive Customer Service: When I called the Samsung support line to discuss this, the representative was incredibly arrogant, hostile, and rude. Instead of offering a technical explanation, the agent literally hung up the phone right in my face while I was speaking. This is the kind of toxic, cowardly behavior you get after spending premium money on a flagship device.

My experience with Samsung AC could not be any worse

My experience with Samsung AC could not be any worse. I bought a premium wind-free AC from Samsung last year, and it has barely been used and was properly maintained throughout the off-season. It was even serviced by Samsung last October(at season end) and was working perfectly fine at that time.

However, when I recently requested a routine pre-season service before starting it this season, I was told that the AC has no gas and needs a paid refill. It was not even one complete year from the date of installation, and just 1 year and 4 days from the date of the invoice. Now these Samsung representatives are just stuck on the date of the invoice, which I understand completely; however, I told them the AC was installed 6-7 days later, and if you see, I am still under warranty from the date of installation and actual usage. I could have reported any problems within the warranty if i knew or had I been using it during winters, but obviously, we in India don't use ACs in winters, and ofcourse, if any problem has arisen in AC, I would only know when I switch it ON, which is now, when I requested for a service.

And I am talking about a premium AC of around 60K in India, and not just any AC. Gas leakage or depletion under such circumstances strongly indicates a manufacturing defect or installation-related issue rather than normal wear and tear.
I had even complained last year about the untrained Samsung executive who was sent for installation, so unprofessional that he was not even carrying a Samsung ID card. When I asked him to let me speak with his supervisor, it seemed he called his imposter TL friend to fool me. When I asked his TL friend some questions, he disconnected like he was caught, he was literally from Samsung as I was continuously getting message updates from Samsung about his location for my installation request. Can you imagine sending some random guy to your house for installation and compromising with your security.

I haven't just bought AC, i have bought trauma and an expensive one. I have learnt a big lesson in my life, I will keep writing about my experience as reviews on each and every platform I see.

I pre-ordered the S26 Ultra on 7th March with a promised next-day delivery as per Samsung’s website. That “next day” first moved to 13 March, and now to 10 April. Truly an Ultra-fast delivery experience.

While Samsung proudly advertised next-day delivery, the timeline has now stretched to 34 days after placing the order. Contacted customer care multiple times, but no one could justify the delay. Every time I requested to speak with a senior executive, I was told they were unavailable. Call-backs were promised repeatedly — but not even one happened.

After getting tired of waiting, I called again and insisted on escalation. I finally spoke with a senior executive for almost an hour, only to learn he couldn’t resolve anything either. The explanation for delay? A “bulk order.” Seriously? If bulk demand impacts delivery this much, why promise next-day delivery in the first place?

In an era where Amazon delivers in a day and Flipkart within 2–3 days (even for low-value products), delivering a flagship device in 34 days — with no accountability — is disappointing. And honestly, who knows if this will get pushed to June next.

Thanks, Samsung, for the ultra-rich customer experience for #S26Ultra. Hats off.

Disappointing experience with Samsung service.

Extremely disappointing experience with Samsung service. The technician assigned for the installation of my washing machine spoke in a very rude and disrespectful manner. When I asked about the installation, he arrogantly said, A customer care complaint will not make your machine get installed any faster.

He even implied in a threatening tone that because a complaint was made, the installation would not be done today. This kind of behaviour is completely unacceptable and reflects very poorly on Samsung’s customer service standards.

A company of Samsung’s reputation should not tolerate technicians who speak to customers in such an unprofessional and intimidating way. Immediate action and better training for service staff are clearly needed.

Never ever I will anything from samsung india, 100%fake , 1 bought a samsung 50 inches smart tv for 43000, 1 year warranty, next day after completing the the warranty , the display unit is gone , the asked 18000 again for replacement, after long arguments they did it for 14000, after 6 months, again the same issue, the display gone , now they are telling us no warranty on the display unit that they replaced 6 months before, worst product ever I used , I have samsung tv abroad, it has got 5 years warranty, still working perfectly ,3 years now , samsung india is a big scamm

The complaint of my AC happened on 5th October just after 2 months of its purchase.

6th October technician from your side came and told that the motor is complaint, which is to be ordered, after that he will come.

On 17th October he came with ordered motor and said that board is complaint, which is to be replaced.

On 24th October, he came with the board and said that the chip is complaint which is to be ordered.

And senior service executive says, 21 days will take after each replacement order!!!

What does all this means?

You can mock a customer like this to exhaust the warranty period?

Is this the BEST SERVICE that samsung provide to it's customer?

One of the worst Customer service

One of the worst Customer service. I got refrigerator from samsung and within 1st year every other month we have cooling issues. Every time rep shows up, adjust the temp and goes away. Now the dryer started to coming out and it’s been more than 2 month I am following up on request and they don’t have idea how to fix it. Wrote multiple emails using their “email to CEO” and still the issue persist. Their email to ceo feature is scam where the customer request is not escalated appropriately and they have junior employees in their who don’t even understand customer complaints. Never buy anything from Samsung India and never use their email to CEO feature if you think your voice will be heard. It is a waste of time, I haven’t got the refrigerator issue fixed by Samsung yet, they are also not ready to replace and pay my money back

The installation technician is very bad. He did not install the TV where we asked him to install it and said, "I will install it here, then you can install it your way." He was in a hurry. He did not even give a demo and was demanding money.

Samsung below standard after sale service

Samsung has good mobile phones but their service for home appliances in India is below standard. I have bought a washing machine, TV, air conditioners and refrigerator from Samsung over two years. The experience for installation and aftersale service has been below standard for the following reasons-

Samsung has made it difficult to log a service request as compared to other brands. They do not provide email id to track service request with them for any issues. They force you to log into their digital service center which is not at all convenient for many customers in india that do not use digital services.

Samsung runs home repair through contracted third party local vendors. They are only interested in money and selling what they can. My refrigerator installation person did not turn up and closed the request. My AC installation was pathetic and when I complaint I got no action from Samsung. Samung service link shows name of different person online than the one who comes in for service. This creates a security issue as the vendor may be sending unverified and untrained person for service.

Worst is their extended warranty Samsung care pack. I bought two for AC. Samsung did not provide warranty certificate that they say they will send in 14 days of purchase. Repeated contacts and even escalation to their service head did not help to get a certificate in 30 days.

I recommend to check quality of after sales service from their closest competitors in refrigerator market and AC market before making purchase from Samsung. LG, Voltas and Bosch are more professional andlet you provide immediate feedback on each service.
