Sami Asmar, the founder of Sami’s Superfoods, founded the company in 2021. His goal was to source high quality and healthy foods from environmentally conscious and ethical suppliers around the world. In 2023, the company started focusing on selling fresh roasted nuts all around the UK. By the end of 2023, the company had gained over 20,000 customers, and by the beginning of 2025, it had launched its zero-added sugar chocolate range under the brand name Tops. By the end of 2025, the company achieved its biggest goal by selling over 200k units of chocolate and over 100 tons of nuts. This rapid growth was largely due to the company’s focus on high-quality products. Our mission is to give people snacking pleasure, but without any of the regret, guilt and cravings that sometimes come with it. Using all of our expertise and knowledge, our enduring ambition is to cut the sugar, without cutting the sweetness. By doing so, we believe we can give our customers delicious treats that can also be part of a balanced diet.

This is a top class company! their foods are so yummy! my new munchies supplier. and theyre so healthy too. especially compared to what I used to snack on. even the chocolate I get from here makes me feel good and no guilt. I CANT RECOMMEND ENOUGH! customer service excellent and my customer satisfaction is 100 percent

Disgraceful customer service via tiktok…

Disgraceful customer service via tiktok shop. Accusing me of burning contents of 1 packet. As the bag has a smokey flavour. And some fruits have scorch marks. They won't accept a return so they can taste the product. They wanted photos of a taste. And when I did as they asked for photos I emptied bag on my only dark counter which is hob. He then accused me of burning them. I spend a fortune on tiktok, temu & amazon products I sure as hll wouldn't be doing it for 7 quid. 1st bag was delicious and went to share the 2nd when opening there was a smokey smell. But upon eating the apple and some banana there was a burnt taste.
Stay clear. Disgraceful returns policy. Very argumentative and aggressive person.

Hello this business knows fine well of my experience I've had threatening tiktok texts from him. He wouldnt issue me a refund cos I took a photo of the burnt items on my cooker hob. Then had the audacity to accuse me of burning on purpose. Ive called him too and his aggressive manner towards me was disgraceful
I did call and spoke to a cheeky arrogant man, none of the items sitting on the hob were black. And as I've told you many times. The hob is the only open counter in my tiny kitchen where I could take a photo. I'm not a liar. I have since threw out the products cos they were tasting vile. I dont need your measly £7 odd back. You are the one lying not me. I produced evidence then you turned it back on me. I will never buy off you again. And I will let others know what you are like. Disgraceful and aggressive 😤

Hi John,
Thank you for your feedback, we've asked you for evidence as you claimed the fruits are burnt but you said their is nothing wrong with the colour of the fruits, and when we said we can't issue refunds without evidence you sent us a pictures showing the fruits on the hob completely black after you said the colour of the fruits looks fine.

You also never called or talked to anyone on the phone, and we're very polite and will always be with all our customers in all circumstances.

Please be honest with your review as you know that giving false reviews just because we rejected your refund is not right.

Extremely poor service/hygiene issues/rude seller

I have ordered dried fruit but one package arrived with black hair in it. I could see the hair through the package without even opening it. Once I requested a refund, because the return option wasnt avaliable, the seller start showing me a very rude and hostile attitude and refused a refund. After my truthful negative reviews , the seller start harassing me and giving me a very hard time via text to my private phone and via platform. Even I asked him to stop harassing me, the seller was carrying on with a very rude and disrespectful attitude. All what I wanted a simple refund/return but instead I have been harassed and bully to the point I was going to take it to the higher instances.
The hygiene is very poor and the seller is very rude, bully and hostile.
No returns/refunds is avaliable . A very poor service. The food quality and the service cannot be trusted. I am having a very hard time dealing with this seller. Its a first time Im experienced such an outrageous sellers attitude. Almost unbelievable how some sellers can be rude and bully. I'm strongly recommended not to use this seller!
