The customer department were very knowledgeable i ordered a big bed and after sending a few pictures advised about getting it upstairs ect if they hadn't it wouldn't of gone up the sheer size of the bed meant we had to relocate to our living room and move the house around lol but the quality of the bed and description is so far bob on

Great service and very efficient company to deal with. We placed the order and received a call within the hour to check what we had ordered was correct. After speaking to the call handler we discovered that the order needed adjusting. This was done with ease and delivery was perfect. The product is well built and will last a long time. Very happy with this purchase and would definately recommend and use this company again.

Booked the day off for the delivery the van then broke down which isn’t a problem however we weren’t told about this until we called the delivery driver hours after it was due. We then had to wait 3 days for it to arrive for it to then be damaged. We contacted them straight away and was offered £30 refund however the damage was significant and noticeable so declined and requested a new headboard. We wasn’t told when the new headboard would arrive or the old one would be collected turned out we had to wait another 4 days for the new headboard to be delivered to an old address so the old headboard wasn’t collected. This has been sat in our house for 2 weeks with no contact from them. The communication was poor throughout with delivery dates and the issues. The bed is lovely but personally wouldn’t recommend based on customer service.

The price was amazing, the headboard is perfect for our new styled bedroom.
The delivery drivers were very friendly.

The beds are amazing quality, the courier company were unable to deliver on our expected date due to vehicle issues, however they kept in touch with us and delivered a couple days later.

Absolutely delighted with our new beds. We ordered 4 in total as we treated the whole family to new beds & were really impressed. The quality is excellent, delivery didn’t take too long & customer service was good too. Cannot fault this company & would definitely recommend them!

The delivery was a bit faster than expected and the delivery guys were nice and helpful. Online support was also very patient and helpful.

Ambassador ottoman bed is absolutely gorgeous and amazing quality, communication has been great, delivery guys turned up at exactly the time they said they would arrive, they also built the bed for me and were very polite. Would 100% recommend and use again, thanks.

Although you are enticed by the cheap beds. Please note the quality infact isn’t all there. It’s so hard to lift the mattress up with the ottoman beds The customer service when damaged in shipping was okay I received a new side piece. However the mattress is like a rock still after an about 4 months I wouldn’t buy a mattress from these again.

No follow up email to inform about delivery had to contact again myself

I brought x2 grey single ottoman beds the customer service is really good I chose the wrong colour messaged and they let me pick another colour delivery was very quick highly recommend and I would buy again.

They communicated clearly, was very patient with me!!! I got this website confused with another which had bad reviews!!! So I emailed the owner of this one and he was quick to respond and gave me reassurance. The delivery drivers were also great. The helped me carry it upstairs and put it together, all in all a great experience. Highly recommend. P.s the bed is also great quality
