One way pick up ok from the Airport- however pick up was 20 minutes late !
Day of departure back to the airport ( an hour away from our resort) we get a message that morning - 45 minutes before we were due to be picked up to say ‘stuck in traffic & to get another taxi’ !!!
Disgusting- won’t use again and DO NOT RECOMMEND- unreliable and let down !!

Hi myself and friend arrived last Saturday in Salzburg, got a bus from bus station to Hallstatt, we got on the bus and told the girl driver 2 fares one way to Hallstatt, we were charged 97 euro, we thought this is not right but weren’t sure, coming back 2days later the fare was 32 euro, the first driver had charged for 3 people return fares to Hallstatt. We went to bus station office the next day were 3 different people advised us to go including the information centre, at the bus office they sent us to another office who photocopied the tickets and our details, they knew we were going home the next day, still no refund which I’m sure we’ll never see, we were overcharged 65 euro, this was not a genuine mistake, be careful folks.

Ich warne jeden davon mit Taxi treffner salzburg kreuzbuercklweg 9 zu fahren bei einer gebuchten Fahrt von salzburg nach linz ist er ABSICHTLICH bei linz vorbei gefahren und hat mich um 130 Euro betrogen. Er ist bis asten gefahren ERST dann hat er mich gefragt asten abfahren ALS TAXI MUSS ER WIISSEN WENN SALZBURG LINZ GEBUCHT WORDEN IST NICHT IN LINZ ABSICHTLICH VORBEI FAHREN NACH ASTEN 50 KM BETRUG

Das Flugzeug wartet nicht auf taxisalzburg24. EU. 30 Minuten gewartet, dann unfreundliche Auskunft, dass das Taxi jetzt unterwegs sei.... Entschuldigung zu sagen, wäre durchaus angemessen gewesen. Mit dem Bus haben wir es dann rechtzeitig geschafft Also Vorsicht, selbst bei termingenauer Bestätigung.

Today our employer had a very bad and rather uncomfortable drive with their driver Jasim. Not only that he had no passport (nor some identification document) with him for the drive over the border and they were stopped and controlled by the border police. This resulted in a big delay.
He also asked our female employer to sit next to him, so they could have a conversation (!!!).
Also to mention that the driver drove on occasions unsafely, in the middle of the road and used breaks quite a lot. We do not recommend them at all!

I’ve got the great time. Everything is going good . The driver is polite and on time .

Ich war mal mit diese Firma von Salzburg nach München Flughafen mit meinen kinder unterwegs.Das Auto war sehr angenehm, und der Fahrer war sehr freundlich. Den Kindern gefiel es ebenfalls.

We had transfer from Zillertal to Salzburg. Everything was ok.
