Happy customer.

Really like the exeter store . Like the way iti is set up , the staff are great and always helpful .love the range on sale , the sizes are as advertised .

Honest I tried a top on and it didn’t feel right and rather than push for a sale they were honest and they agreed with me

Refund not received

Hi,
I took the items to the shop to get a refund on Monday. The chap said that within the end of the day I should have received everything, but I haven't heard anything at all.
So I would be grateful of you could give me updated about the refund process.
