Customer service was super helpful, I wasn't sure about colour and they helped me choose my item. It is only one thing that bothered me... My size is between 18-20 and unfortunately not all clothing I can find in your stores. Size 18 is last on hangers. Sad😮‍💨 but I am sure Saltrock Can sort that problem in further. Otherwise You my best xx

I have been buying saltrock hoodie for many years, I now refuse to buy them as the quality is not the same anymore, my older ones look better than my newer ones, but I did give a wooly jumper a go and love it so far, the staff member that served me wasn't very friendly.

I went to return/exchange something but we didn’t have the receipt. The staff member that served us, Reece, was amazing. Rather than just saying no, he asked if I’d paid by card and could show him my online banking transaction, then he spent ages searching on their system to find it. I told him it was fine but he didn’t give up and he eventually found it and gave me a refund (although I ended up buying something else in there anyway as it’s a great shop). Thank you Reece for your fantastic customer service

Can I just say I have been buying your products for many years and have always found the quality of your items very good!
My only gripe this time is that I have bought a size medium as I always do but this long sleeve T shirt is massive, more like a xxxl.
My daughter informs me that this is what you class as over sized?what ever that means?
I have now got a T shirt that the whole family will fit in as one!

Staff very attentive and helpful. They produced the size I need from the stock room very quickly. Also made a massive fuss of our dog. Really nice experience.
