Called in twice to the Bude store , both members of staff were helpful and friendly . But in your Padstow branch I was ignored as the young man chatted to a mate .

Went into the Bude store yesterday

Went into the Bude store yesterday. My daughter had ordered 2 body boards on line which had arrived but minus the wrist straps. Very helpful guy in the shop gave me 2 replacements, which is ideal as now do not have the hassle of trying to order on line or return any of the items. Simple but very effective customer service.I love the shop and the quality of the clothing is always very good. Friendly staff a credit to Bude

Visited the Bude store while on holiday…

Visited the Bude store while on holiday in the area. Staff were welcoming and friendly, even offered our dog a treat! Relaxed atmosphere. Tried a couple of items on to gauge size. Purchased a T shirt. Thought the pricing was very reasonable for a surf brand.

Great shop

The staff at Salt Rock Bude are the best. They were so helpful and we will definitely be shopping there again

Not harassed upon entering which for me…

Not harassed upon entering which for me is a positive, can't abide as soon as I put my foot over the doorstep I'm descended on. Great quality and the big bonus I'd looked at the item a few days earlier and it was a bit more than I wanted to pay, never even thought of "Black Friday" so when I did decide I got 30% off.
