The Brixham branch has really friendly staff and whilst my wife was trying on clothing I saw a jumper , tried it and bought it and our dog was treated great too

I’ve always like Saltrock’s style and…
I’ve always like Saltrock’s style and the t- shirt ‘Not all who wander are lost’ resonated with subject of my meandering tour of the Southwest coast perfectly; friendly and polite service from the cash desk attendant (such a change from sullen and bored) sold me on the Saltrock experience as being more than just ‘staff for now because I have to’; I just wish I could buy a replacement to my now too delapidated grey cotton long sleeve zip up beach-top!

Shame really
For the most part, this shop has been fantastic, my partner & I however went in today, only for 1 of the staff members to speak out about us saying “there a couple of s**t stirrers”
My partner later went to complain to the manager however there was not one on site at the time.
We did buy a t-shirt & the other customer service rep was fantastic but this has really dampened our experience with this shop as a whole! Also left a review on Google… Honestly didn’t want to do this as every other time the service has been top notch.
In response to the shops comments:
The staff member involved has had a running gripe with my partner, I get that feelings can be brought to the surface, however in a professional capacity, this should NOT happen. If this was a joke, wouldn’t we be shown to be joining in with this?

On checking with the staff and store manager it would seem that a glib joke has been misinterpreted. It was not the staff members intention to offend.
