Very friendly staff. Shop laid out beautifully. Reasonable prices. Good quality clothing.

I visited the Barnstaple shop as i was working in the area. It's been there for years (i first went in 2010). Friendly service, good products at decent prices. It's a good British company which produces good beach clothing for surf dudes and dudettes.

The lady behind the counter was very attentive and made sure we got everything we needed - we’ll be back! 😎👍

When my size was dold out in store the staff very kindly rang another store close by and arranged for them to put aside the item.

The Saltrock crew were very pleasant, welcoming but unobtrusive, allowing me to browse comfortably; giving advice when asked. The purchase went through easily with the crew guiding me how to fold and store my purchase. Absolutely spot on service. Many, many thanks from a very happy customer.

I needed a water resistant coat and found this on sale. I'm really pleased with it so far.

Had an issue with a missing item, phoned the organisation and the lady on the other end of the phone who had worked all over christmas was very helpful and said that my missing item was being picked that day and it was sent by the weekend.

I ordered a jacket from Barnstaple White Stuff and it arrived at my home before I returned from my weekend away!
The sales staff at the Barnstaple store were amazing, helping me to put an outfit together and advising on cut, colours etc- thank you.

The staff in Barnstaple where very friendly, welcoming and helpful. The only problem was there was so many lovely clothes to choose from.

Both staff members were very helpful regarding sizing for teens. Both happy, friendly and approachable.

I love the clothes for all the family. Also the odd bits and pieces. Just brought kitchen mugs.

Polite and nice staff and shop was clean and enough room to move about.

Waterproof jacket was very good, but just 2 weeks after purchase, there was a 20% discount sale! So whilst the product was very good, I'm not impressed with the price paid.

Salt Rock- Braunton and Barnstaple, stores Devon are both dog friendly and people friendly for sure. Fabulous range of products for all the family including the dog and extremely helpful staff at both stores. Go above and beyond to help. We go back time and again. Highly recommend. Thanks guys
