Staff were lovely ad helpful. The quality and range was good and the sale prices was an excellent added extra for my first visit to the store

Customer service lacking…
As a new store I would expect customer service to be on point! I was the only customer in the store and at no point did either of the staff ask me if I needed any help or even offer up any form of welcome. Not a great start! I decided to purchase a few presents and as I stood there waiting to pay, one of the staff was discussing their social life but with a few expletives interspersed. It was as if I wasn't actually there!
Not enormously impressed to be honest with this side of the business. The clothes are well priced and good quality but the shopping experience was somewhat tainted by the attitude of the staff.

Great Shop!
This is very newly opened store and already I have made a couple of great purchases. The quality of the clothes are great and the atmosphere of the shop is very inviting.

New Ballymena store
I attended the new Ballymena store on its first day of opening. The staff were so helpful, giving advice on children’s sizing. It made for a pleasant shopping experience. The added bonus was the surprise gift bundle that the staff add to my bag. A lovely surprise with items I will make great use of.
