Not Worth the Investment
On February 25, 2026, I entered into a one-year agreement with SalesArUs for real estate leads, selecting their Core Plan at a cost of $445. The plan included an expectation of 4-5 leads per month, coverage across seven zip codes, and an 8% referral fee payable to SalesArUs upon closing. My primary contact at SalesArUs was Mike Cooper, who set high expectations based on the company’s marketing promises. Unfortunately, my experience did not meet those expectations.
Since signing up, I have received a total of five leads, with the most recent one arriving on Friday, April 17, 2026. I was able to speak with two of these leads, but neither resulted in a successful outcome. I do not hold SalesArUs responsible for my lack of experience and inability to convert the two leads. The remaining leads proved to be either unresponsive, outdated, or not genuinely interested in buying or selling property. Despite consistently following up with each lead, I observed minimal engagement and ultimately no return on my investment. While I understand that not every lead will convert in real estate, the overall quality of the leads from SalesArUs fell short of what was advertised.
Based on my experience, I would not recommend SalesArUs to other agents seeking reliable, high-quality leads. There are superior alternatives available, such as Realtor.com. Although these services may cost more, the quality of leads is noticeably better. Feeling discouraged by the lack of results with SalesArUs, I signed up for Realtor.com on April 16, 2026. Shortly thereafter, I received my first lead, spoke with the prospect, and am currently preparing a Comparative Market Analysis (CMA). The business models of Realtor.com and demonstrate a stronger commitment to quality and agent success.
