SAHARA MOTORS was very professional during my 6 cars purchase as I had issued with our banks in Angola in transferring payment. Until a solution was identified and payment effected, it took the patience and professionalism of the team ( Rahul and Shoumeera )

Overall a good experience. Legit business
Overall a good experience. At first I had my doubts, mainly because money needs to be sent in full upfront (which makes sense for this kind of transaction, there's no other way to do it!). Rahul was really helpful and followed through during the transaction, unforeseen circumstances (flood) and booking a container in the current global transportation logistic mess. Honestly sometimes I grew worried and restless and wanted more expedite communication with Rahul, but it was a good experience and I have my car!!! Legit business!

Being Supportive is what you need to do more
My overall experience is excellent however you may need to do more in the area of customer handling mainly assurance through quick response and communication as well as being supportive to maximize customer satisfaction.
