I purchased some sunflower embroidered boots a few months ago. Finally wore them yesterday. So disappointed with the quality.  Materials nothing like the pictures. The heels are made of foam that collapse when any weight is put on them.  I wish I had worn them sooner as I am now outside the 30 day return windows. 

Do better Sage Sydney (clearly not based in Sydney despite the misleading information on your website) and stop ripping off customers. 

Quality is really poor. Customer communications are terrible. Scammy site AVOID!!

Why don’t they have zero stars? I ordered two tops that looked beautiful in the Ad. I never rec’d a shipping confirmation. I emailed them about five weeks later and was told I would receive them soon. They finally arrived. I’ve never seen such poor quality clothing in my life. They looked nothing like the advertised clothes. No tags or care instructions. I contacted them and was told I could get a 15% refund. I said I wanted a full refund and I would never wear the tops. They told me I could get a refund if I shipped them back to china. This would cost about 80% of the refund. They also told me to lie to customs about the value. They said I couldn’t use FedEx, UPS or DHL. This company in China is making cheap knockoffs and ripping people off. It sounds like they’re operating in the US, UK and Canada. They must be making a fortune selling their junk! I’m hoping my credit card company will help. I wish I had read reviews before purchasing!

You’re taking a gamble. I’d say 30% of the items I’ve purchased are ok. The rest are NOT the same as pictured. The description is deceptive. Many times you’ll order then after a long time you inquire about your order, only to be told the item isn’t in stock and they want you to choose something else, which for me was also out of stock. Then they stopped responding. So they have my money and I have no shirt. Customer service is hit and miss. Still waiting for my money back after a month.

Never buy from this shop ever again. This week I bought a shirt priced at £175 and the salesman gave me the ball shit about sales due to go on next week and as I was buying more than one garment he sold it to me for £125. Today in blue water Boss shop the exact same shit in sales from £99 !down to £75. Sage should be shut down by law absolute crooks!!!

The worst!! Took forever to get the items and that’s after I contacted them asking where my items were. Now I’m trying to return the items because the quality was terrible and the sizing was inaccurate. I paid through PayPal and I’m still having a hard time getting my money back without me having to pay for shipping back to China. Total scam! Avoid them.

Avoid! Poor quality and overpriced! From the emails I received requesting to return and refund the items because they were not what I expected; nothing matched the pictures on line. Deceitful and their return policy strongly suggests they do not back the product they are selling. This company doesn’t even deserve the one star rating. Save your money and don’t be fooled by the items you see on line! You will be very disappointed if you think you are getting what you paid for! This company should be ashamed for ripping off people! Any company that doesn’t stand behind what they are selling by making it costly and difficult to return items is 100% a scam. AVOID, AVOID, AVOID!

The order I placed with SageVell took 6 weeks to arrive. The order was not allowed to be cancelled once made. When I received the order, the items although all the same size, varied in fit significantly. The quality of the material is very cheap on many items. I wanted to return several items due to poor fit. I followed their own policy to return items. I emailed them and I had to send a photo of each item and was told I could not return anything. They actually told me to try to sell them myself to someone else and then had the audacity to offer me 30% off coupon to order more products from them. No thank you. Avoid the sham of a company.

Item advertised as cotton is 100% polyester and nasty polyester at that!

I purchased from this company and recieved poorly made items that were sewn from cheap fabric that was see through and you could quite literally poke a hole with your finger through it was so thin. It came from their fulfillment center here in the U.S. When I complained and asked for a refund, they at first refused, offering 30% off more poorly made clothes; I refused. Then they offered a %15 refund. I refused. Asking for a full refund , I asked for help shipping back to fulfillment center……. They refused. I was told I would only get a refund if so shipped the items to Hong Kong- which of course was as much as my refund. So basically, they stole my money and are scamming people with trashy products.

Long shipping time, but that is the least of my complaints. The shirt that looked so cute online was super low quality. The fabric literally feels like paper. When I asked about returning they offered me a 30% discount on my next purchase instead. When I insisted on a refund they sent me an address in China to ship the return and said they could only offer a 15% refund, AND they don't pay for shipping. AND said, "We do not accept returns via Fedex, UPS and DHL. Please use an alternative shipping method." What? What other shipping method is there? Basically they make it impossible to return. The only reason I gave 2 stars is that they were responsive. Every time I emailed I got a reply by the next day.

Clothing looks nothing like the shirt they are selling online. Super sad and I am out money too.

Placed order on 5/1, didn't receive until 5/26. Shirt was 100000% NOT what was pictured on their website. Pictured: a cute boho floral embroidery top. Received: a knock off print on cheap polyester.

The garment is very poor quality especially for the price. (I was expecting a winter coat, I received what is more like a thin balck cardigan).Its Chineses made rubbish. . Not going to return it as would not purchase from this company again and wouldnt waste return postage dollars. Off it goes to the op shop.Dont wate your money!!!!

Found this shop just before Christmas friendly helpful staff showed me all options and discount on my purchase highly appreciated and recommended

Total CON. Advertised and pictured, as a knitted cardigan. Actually a cheap printed material came from China.

I would never buy off this company ever again and am now going to the credit card company. I ordered a 3 XL shirt for my husband and I'm a size 12/14 and could not even get it on ..it was a total joke and it took so much effort to get replies from them and they would not admit that was a ridiculous size despite me sending photos and if I wanted a refund I had to return the shirt but pay the postage and they're in China !!!!!!!!!! I ordered on 15 September and after 20 emails to and from I finally got an email today giving me the address in china but refusing to pay postage or admit their error

Do NOT buy from this company, it’s not English but Chinese. I ordered two blazers by mistake within 3 mins I cancelled the second but was told they couldn’t cancel the second one but I could keep it if I liked it! They arrived they are not blazers but shirts thin poor quality I complained and was told I could keep them either 10% discount then 20%

The returns policy is without an address when you do receive it it’s in china and their policy is you pay postage so it costs too much to return it. I’ve contacted my bank and hopefully get chargeback as goods not as described

Well I haven't bought anything thank goodness! But I very nearly did but became suspicious when it says you can use PayPal but it's not an option when you get to checkout! Also the garment doesn't mention what the materials is so emailed to ask but didn't get a reply. Sounds like a complete sham of a company!!

I purchased a shirt and when it came it was very poor quality not like the one shown.
I asked for a refund and was offered a 10% refund if I kept the shirt.
I asked for a full refund and was offered a25% refund if I kept the shirt.
I asked for a full refund and was told they would refund me if I returned it in its original packaging.
What the don’t point out in the 30 day no quibble guarantee refund policy is you have to RETURN IT TO CHINA AT YOUR COST.
MY SHIRT WOULD COST OVER £20 TO RETURN.
Just saying read all the terms before committing to buy.

This is why, as outlined in our returns policy (available before purchase), returns must be sent back to our warehouse abroad. 25% partial refund – you keep the item, no return needed.
100% store credit – you keep the item and can select something else of equal value.
