Ghosted by customer service
My order eventually arrived, but the company's communication is terrible/non-existant. 2 days after the initial order confirmation, I received a "your order has been shipped" email, but according to UPS (inputting the tracking number included in the automated email), 1 month later they still hadn't received the items. I wrote to the company weekly (about 5 times in total) and NEVER got a response. My order finally arrived (after nearly two months), but as a result of the complete lack of customer service, this company is far from confidence-inspiring and I definitely would NOT buy from them again.
