Hi Darren, we are extremely sorry you recieved the food slightly colder than you expected, we can assure you all dishes are cooked freshly and packaged straight off the cooker, we never try to keep food in a hot food storage which can raise the temperature, the reason for this is actually somewhat science, when we cook the food with all the ingredients it has the expected flavours, sadly when it enters a plastic or any other container the foods colour and flavours change from the steam created inside the sealed container which can drastically changes everything, it is actually better to reheat to the desired heat when it arrives to your door, which is why we serve our takeaways in microwave safe containers, when natural cooling happens the flavours stay intact, and will not change the flavours, I hope this explains the methodology we have, also I know with the current events in we have had a surge in the number of delivery which can also lead to late delivery or slightly cool delivery, we can only ask for your forgiveness during these hard times, and ask for you support and patience with us, we will be taking this comment on board and will be improving this issue asap, I personally will not wait for another comment of similar nature, I can promise you I will make changes today to see if we can deliver hotter food, thank you once again for bringing this issue to my attention. 😊👍
