I am not writing this review after buying something from Saffronguru, I am writing it because just yesterday they finally fixed a really stubborn issue they had been working on with me for the last four or five days. They would spend an hour or two on it, schedule another call, come back and keep working at it. Man oh man, these guys do not give up. Special thanks to Sam and the team...
I have had some bad experiences with technical support companies before so I am always a little skeptical, but Saffronguru has been my go to for tech help for years now. I have a couple of computers for my business and whenever something goes wrong I just call them. One thing I really like is they put some kind of blockage on my computers so even if I get carried away talking to someone, the bad guys still cannot just get into my computer. It actually happened once, I was talking to someone and they kept trying for almost an hour to get me to install their software but it just would not work. Something finally struck me and I thought wait is this a scam or what, so I disconnected and called Saffronguru. Turns out yes it was a scam. That gave me a lot of confidence because even when I almost made the mistake myself, they still could not get into my computer. They also check in with me every month and sometimes if I am away I come back to a couple of voicemails from them. Very very satisfied with their service. Greetings from Canton..
I do subcontracting work, and keeping up with invoices in QuickBooks drives me crazy sometimes. Whenever i run in to an issue, i call Saffron guru. They jump in, walk me through it and help me get it sorted out. I think i started using them after covid, and their service has been excellent ever since. This is the first review i have written for them, but they have helped me so many times that i wanted to say something. I used to get popups and alerts all the time. Since they set up security on it, those have stopped. I occasionally have to turn the security off for a website that need ads to work but otherwise it`s been great. Recently, my Samsung galaxy was bombarded with popups and ads. I had no idea what was causing it. i called saffronguru and they found an app i had downloaded without realizing it was the problem. They removed it and fixed my phone. I am happy with the help i have received over the years and and i wholeheartedly recommend Saffron guru..

I have been with Saffron Guru for over eight years, and they have helped me more times than I can remember. I provide pet care and childcare services through Care.com, so I depend heavily on their app for my work. Recently, the app stopped working and I was not receiving the verification code. Even Care.com’s own support team could not resolve the problem, but Saffron Guru came to my rescue and got everything working again. They always go the extra mile, remain patient until the problem is completely resolved, and genuinely care about helping me. I cannot recommend Saffron Guru highly enough!!!
