The customer service at Safforn Alley is beyond great! Christopher David was ever so helpful he Rescheduled my delivery and was very prompt in responding, I was very happy with the help I received. Definitely recommend ordering from them as the meat is totally amazing, and customer service is 10/10

Ordered a full packer Brisket (10kg+), beautifully packaged eith ice-packs and super-fast delivery got it just in time for the eater weekend. Did a 24hour smoke, and the end results were exceptional !!

Highly recommended. Naturally, the cost is higher due to various factors, but if you can afford it, or even just some of the items, Saffron Alley products are well worth trying.

Website is very easy to navigate, meat was very tasty and my order came on time.
Really enjoyed the chicken meat ,I felt the flavour was rich had it had a nice texture.

I had ordered the Steak box. We had 4 cuts of steak. They were very good sizes and it was so tasty. We cooked it for our anniversary and it was amazing. So much better than the restaurants and we loved having it in the comfort of our home.

Delivery was on time in a chilled box. Meat was in packages that you can freeze all labelled which is great.
Tatsewise,nice and tender we have had chicken thighs and mince so far with other meat in the freezer to try. I have ordered twice,yes its dearer but you are paying for the quality and no hormones for me is a major one especially my children. Will be repurchasing I would say order in bulk to save on delivery charges.

I used to get my halal meat from a local butcher but after trying saffron alley the meat looks and tastes better… it’s slightly more expensive on some meats just £2 extra per kilo so it is worth it.

Prompt delivery, happy with items sent. I haven’t cooked it yet, planning to make a big batch of broth, the marrow bones look nice and fresh. I will edit my review soon as I make it, as this is the first time I’ve ordered from them. And the fact that they give you a choice, you can request certain bones, that’s a nice option to have.I didn’t realise that till I checked out. But I’m happy with what they’ve sent me. Thank you.

The food is genuinely delicious, and the service has always been excellent. Deliveries are reliable - I’m told when to expect my order and it always arrives on time. If I ever have a question, I get a quick reply by email. The range of meats and other products is also great. I’ve been ordering from Saffron Alley for over a year now, and I honestly wouldn’t want to go back to non-organic meat.

Today I received a discount code by email but somehow did not manage to attach it properly and was charged the full price. I called Saffron Alley customer service and was immediately issued a refund for the amount of the offer.
