The gloves are terrific and just what I wanted as I've had them before and they lasted years after daily use. They came quickly and were a very good price. I know where to go in the future for any superb gloves "Safety Gloves"!

Keep me updated on the order and provide a quick refund for one of the products that was too small. I'll shop again, although I don't know why the site says a buyer needs a 'refund authorisation number' to be sent back with the product; possibly an old policy, since they granted my refund without one.

Great quality gloves, at great prices. I work nights packing out in a retail environment and my workplace don't always have replacement ones on hand straight away incase I need then. Because of the sections I pack out involve cleaning chemicals and dealing with a lot of cardboard packaging (often 200-300 cases a night, 3/4 nights a week) I need to be certain I have protection available at all times. I use the bulk buy option and order 12 at a time to keep a constant supply in my rucksack whenever I need them! Delivery is always really quick and the price is great. Thank you Safety Gloves. I WILL be back in the near future.

Good product which is exactly what I was looking for. Easy to order and arrived on time

I ordered 3 pairs of EV Safety gloves in March 2026, paid for up front and advised of a 6 to 8 week lead time. The delivery date then kept getting pushed back, to the point where one pair finally arrived at the beginning of July, with still no sign of the other 2. I constantly had to chase for updates, which i'd estimate were responded to 50% of the time. By the end of July, at the end of my tether, I asked for a call from their management team with an explanation, and what discount I would be offered for the unacceptable delays. Unsurprisingly, the call never happened, I wasn't offered any sort of goodwill gesture but was emailed, "Unfortunately, the continued delays have been outside of our control. The manufacturer has been affected by an ongoing global supply chain shortage of the specialist raw materials required to manufacture these electrically insulated gloves" I cancelled the order, received a refund and ordered an equivalent product through Reece safety products, which arrived less then a week later and were £60 cheaper. I assume they source their specialist raw materials from somewhere that isn't affected by the global supply chain shortage!

Subject: Complaint: False Delivery Confirmation + No Explanation - Parcel H048SA0098331849

Dear Royal Mail Customer Service,

On Monday 27 July 2026 your Courier Officer marked my parcel H048SA0098331849 as "delivered" when it had not been.
I requested proof of delivery, it became clear the officer had lied as blank proof of delivery was sent to me. I followed it up with phone call and emails and it took 10 days for my parcel to be retrieved and sent to me 03 August 2026.

This is dishonesty and a breach of trust.

Secondly, since the parcel has now been retrieved, I expected Royal Mail to contact me, explain what happened, and offer a sincere apology. I have received neither.

I am extremely disappointed in this service failure and the lack of accountability. This is why I have rated your service as zero.

I expect:
1. A full explanation of what happened
2. A formal written apology
3. Confirmation of what steps Royal Mail is taking to prevent this with this officer

Please respond within 5 working days.

Best rubber gloves from a rubber glove aficionado, strong and really kind to sensitive hands

I bought 2 boxes of safety gloves from them one box was slightly damaged which i dont think it was there fault I emailed them just to say ,I didn't expect them to send me a replacement ,a couple of days later another box turned up on my door step ,i was so great full ,thank you so much !! all I can say is the company and staff are amazing ,when I needed more gloves I will certainly buy from you again
