Safetech LTD created a wonderful website for us.
It was exactly what we wanted and they took our suggestions on board and made it all possible.
Abby was a brilliant project manager and we cant thank her enough.
My only advice would be should you proceed with their marketing services that those start from the day the website is launched and not when when the website is commissioned.

Extremely poor service, broken promises, and ongoing harassment
I am writing this review to warn others based on my personal experience with SafeTech Ltd.
For nearly two years I was chased by SafeTech with promises of extraordinary standards, a full professional team, and a fantastic website that would be far better than the one I had created myself. As an artist and sculptor, I genuinely needed marketing support to become more visible and to present my work properly.
Unfortunately, what I received was the complete opposite.
After five to six weeks of work, the “website” delivered to me was of extremely poor quality. Images were badly cropped — in some cases letters and parts of the artwork were cut off entirely. Sculptures were mixed randomly with ordinary furniture products, categories were chaotic, and many materials I had provided were either misplaced or not uploaded at all.
After I complained, SafeTech sent me what they described as the final version of my website. What they actually sent me was a screenshot of my own existing website, presented as if it were a completed new product. This was shocking and unacceptable.
I immediately terminated the contract in writing and demanded a refund of the upfront payment I had made (£1,159.20). No acceptable service had been delivered. Instead of resolving the issue, I was later contacted by Shire Recoveries Ltd, demanding an even more absurd sum of £7,566.87.
At that point, the situation escalated into ongoing pressure and harassment, which has forced me to take the matter to court simply to protect myself and stop further demands.
To make matters worse, I was charged monthly for “marketing services” for a website that was never properly completed or usable. The social media and marketing materials provided were completely unprofessional and unusable.
In my opinion, SafeTech demonstrated a serious lack of skill in website design, organisation, and digital marketing. The gap between what was promised and what was delivered is enormous.
Please be extremely cautious before engaging with this company.

Overall the experience was poor. The sales reps are great at selling you a service at a discounted rate of 50% which a the time 1400 down to 700 for a small busniess this is a significant ammount of money. Website was built fairly quickly and I do like the website overall. The management after however was poor the SEO performance was terrible when you call the phone handlers dont actually know the information and always have to ask someone else or you dont get the full picture or say a load of jargon to make it sound like they are doing something. Was using this service for two years and didnt get anywhere near the top pages of Google etc. We decided to leave but in the small print was trapped into another year as we didnt notify in the notice period which is what it is but then when we told them we were moving to a new provider just bare in mind in the contract they are allowed to delete all the SEO related work (even if you've paid for it) including back links as that work belongs to them plus many fees to leave, to transfer seo services, to transfer website etc etc. Be aware of the small print and if your a small business id probably go with someone locally i have and I was on page one on Google within three weeks. This was my own personal experience but all may vary.
