I purchased the subscription on 13/11. On 17/11, well within the 14-day cancellation period, I formally requested a cancellation and refund.

Despite this, my request was ignored, the in-app conversation was deleted, and no resolution was provided. As a result, I have now raised a dispute and chargeback with Mastercard.
