The booking system was very efficient. The trainer Rosanna was to the point and accessible, she covered what the content in a way that was very engaging and resonated with the group.

It was so professional from the booking to the day of the training. Nothing was an issue. We had to change dates due to weather, no issue. The staff found the training interesting and very informative.

Damian O'Hare of Safehands took us through a very detailed and informative lesson on Food Safety/HACCP Level 2. The use of real life case studies made it more relatable and interesting.

SafeHands were absolutely brilliant to deal with from start to finish. Noel was extremely efficient and flexible organising the dates for training etc. He had a good understanding of what we needed for our client group. Damien the trainer was also excellent with our clients and understanding of their needs and capabilities. He toolk everything at their pace.
