I cannot recommend Safe Collections highly enough. My initial contact with them gave me confidence. They were professional, clear, empathetic and friendly. My collection was not easy and in Germany. However the English office kept me informed throughout and their agent in Germany managed to collect the money that had been owed to me for over two years and which I had failed to collect myself. Their collection fee was unbelievably reasonable and I am very grateful.

I engaged Safe Collections to help me recover a substantial amount of money from a Recruitment Agency who decided not to honour my last invoice. Safe Collections immediately got onto the Director of the Agency's case with nothing but the upmost in politeness. Safe Collections countered all arguments/allegations made to get out of paying me.

Within 3 weeks, Safe Collections secured a 50% payment on the outstanding amount. After another 3 weeks, they secured the final 50%.

All I can say is that Safe Collections were persistent but polite with the debtor, which amazed me. I don't think I would have been able to keep my cool with the debtor hence I'm glad I engaged with Safe Collections. I honestly don't think I would have got 100% of the outstanding amount had I'd done this alone, it was obvious to me that the Agency wanted to keep a substantial amount of the balance owed.

All the way through it, Safe Collections kept me informed and always offered very balanced advice. I can't thank them enough for helping me in what was truly an awful situation.
