I had a problem with an unpaid invoice. I contacted Safe Collections, the adviser reviewed my contract with the client that had not paid the invoice and provided me with advice on what steps I should take. The adviser was really helpful and showed they cared about helping me resolve the problem. I followed the advice given and was able to recover the full invoice amount at absolutely no cost. I am delighted with the results and would recommend Safe Collections any day. Without Safe Collections advice, I would not have had this unpaid invoice resolved quickly!
