Scam. Email doesn't work, phone doesn't work to contact anyone. You will not get your order.

Placed an order on 3/16/21. Received a notice that it had been delivered. It hasn't, is no where to be found. I contact customer service, they apologize, say that it is being disinfected and going through customs. Be patient. I get another e-mail 4/20/21 with a new tracking number. It's been showing as "Processing" since then up to today, 5/6/21. I finally sent a request to just cancel the order and refund my money. We'll see if that happens.

Ordered my Sand Art on the 18 March 21 for my husband’s birthday on the 14 April even paid the extra to be able to track my order and like other reviews nothing-no response to emails no customer service tracking app and number do not work

Hopefully you will have read this review before parting with any money and saved yourself months of pain returned emails even when you respond to their contact email

I will be contacting Instagram about this as it is fraudulent advertising and something needs to be done about it

My question is what can we do to report this company! I have been trying to call them, email and email. This company is a complete FRAUD. I fell for everyone as myself to fall for this company! I was really looking forward to receiving but they say delivered but it wasn’t! Very UPSET! 😡

I placed order on March 13th, they said it would be in by 2-4 weeks. Towards then end of the 4 week period I get an email saying it's on the way, so I respond asking for a tracking number. They say mine is going out in that weeks batch, but due to the coronavirus bearing down on us it will take more time and I said ok. Later that week, their internal tracker on their website said my stuff was delivered, to which I emailed them again asking where it was, which they again responded about the coronavirus limitations they're having at the moment and that my stuff would be heading out soon. At this point in time I asked again for tracking information, which they responded by saying I would get an email with the information in it. After another week goes by, six weeks since I ordered my stuff, I email one more time, asking for a refund, to which I suddenly get an email with the tracking information in it, and an apology as they can't do refunds on shipped items. Now, you think it's all over, but it's been another two weeks since this point and currently all I have is a tracking number from YunExpress that have been sitting there doing nothing for two weeks.
Needless to say, I will not be doing business with them again and I will most certainly not be reccomending them to anyone.

**Update!** There's hope! I ordered 3/21 and randomly recieved it today, 5/27! Hoorah! They still never updated or answered any of my outreach. But the product is so beautiful and i was even more excited to receive it after dismissing it overall. ♡♡ Overall, good ending (: MIGHT even order again but w a more patient heart.

Placed my order 2 months ago. Phone number says that they are not available and the e-mails I sent all bounced back. My order says it was delivered but i never received anything. This is a scam.

I’ve been waiting for 49 days now. The 5 star reviews are all written using the same incorrect grammar, encouraging others to be patient, refuting the 1 star reviews, and all using fake af first and last names. Obviously the same person or family. I really don’t know what I want to do moving forward.. maybe call my bank and get something else on Amazon.

Do not trust these people. I paid over $100 AUD for goods. The goods never arrived. I tracked the package and they have said it has been delivered. Not so. I have emailed them 4 times to their Contact@ an Anna@ - Also wrote twice on their website feedback from and even sent them a facebook message. NOT ONE REPLY. I want my money back and no longer want their useless product. I am now doing as many reviews as possible to warn people AND I have reported them as fraudulent to my bank and authorities. AVOID AVOID AVOID. And if you get this message SABLEA - refund my money and reply to my multiple message - charletans

Agree with all the previous feedback - absolutely rubbish company. Ordered 6 weeks ago - still nothing - tracking does not work and older tracking states order has been received - thinking this is a scam company - DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY - sick and tired of internet scammers !!!!!

Appalling company and customer service, receive 3 emails all stating order has been dispatched, no item yet received, I ordered this months ago for a birthday that’s next week!
I’ve sent emails, first one said due to be dispatched, 2nd said they had to do extra cleaning of items due to covid, 3rd says it’s been dispatched. Order tracking is rubbish, all along all it’s said is ‘processing’. Very frustrating when I could have bought a cheaper item from Amazon!

Ordered not one but two and one was a gift for my granddaughter who suffers from anxiety and was hoping this could help her cope. Well that was a month ago and with multiple emails and phone calls leaving a message have STILL NOT RECEIVED EITHER ONE although their website states it has been delivered on 4/22 which I can attest it has NOT BEEN DELIVERED. Yes I am screaming. Worst case of losing $90 I have ever experienced. My fault for trusting something that I hoped would help my granddaughter. Lesson Learned. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. Ordered an item 6 weeks ago. Still hasn't been shipped.

Me, four days ago- Wish I could give them a zero. They will never deliver the goods I ordered. Caveat emptor I guess. All of the positive reviews here are fake as well. Don’t give them your money. Reported them to Trade Commission.

Update: It’s 4/26 and it actually arrived- it’s been about two months. I have to be fair and say that they came through. Does it change my opinion about them? No, because they haven’t come through for other customers based on what I see here. This is the last time I order from such a place without thoroughly vetting them.

I ordered the hourglass o er two months ago. I still haven't received it and they will not refund my money. I e e nail them several times.

I ordered an item nearly 2 months ago & it never came. They took the money very quickly. I've emailed them & used the comment contact on their page & nothing. The phone number just rings out. They obviously have any customer support that's even if it's a genuine company! I'm not even sure if the reviews are real or one of the people scamming. STEER CLEAR. If it changes & miraculously arrives I will change this review. *THE PLOT THICKENS* After this review I had an email with dispatch notice, from CHINA! So these aren't "made in the USA with care"
*UPDATED* It arrived end of May! Not as expected doesn't look great standard. Won't be buying from these again. Amazon sell similar items & are as good if not better.

Absolutely rubbish company, if they even exist. Twice their website has said my parcel has been delivered and twice I've emailed to tell them it hasn't.
Got reply to say their fulfilment dept. will follow up the query........absolutely nothing.
Crap is a polite word to use.
Now trying to get my money back !!!!!

I ordered two, one came in good condition and the other one has arrived broken and all the oil/water has leaked out. Ive written multiple emails to them but have had no response, also their customer service number is not in use. Do not purchase their products.

Ordered over 6 weeks ago. Still not received. No option for zero stars unfortunately. No response from sellers. How dumb am I to buy not 1 but 2 from these clowns :((
