This is a great company, we ordered the dinning room table 3 weeks before Christmas, they have keep us in informed all the way through the 12 week delivery time period. Sending pictures of the raw material being used to construct the table, also pictures showing the finished product the week before delivery. They arranged a delivery date and time window for the delivery and assembly of the table and the delivery crew were very professional.

All I can say is S10 are one of the most professional company I have ever used.

I recently purchased the Bibi oak table and a mix of chairs from S10Home and couldn't be happier! The craftsmanship and quality are exceptional, and the service from start to finish was outstanding. Table is beautiful but customer service horrendous.
When we went to the “showroom” (which is someone’s house) we had to wait outside when they clearly could hear us and see us (we had an appointment and we were in time).
We made it clear during appointment that we wanted to buy a table with an extension and potentially more later.
When we received the table and asked about ordering an extension we were told this was not possible.
They at first said they would take back the table as we were ordering a new one, but the day after said no as it was a custom size. Actually only the extension was custom so they could have taken the table back.
Anyway they lure you on buying something and the way they treat you after is not great. If you have no issue then great but if you do just be prepared to lose your money.

Absolutely amazing service, the updates and photos whilst was such a nice touch. The table and bench arrived today and it’s absolutely beautiful and amazing quality. I would 1000% recommend.

Very disappointing experience with this company. I happily ordered two wood samples and paid £3 each, £6 total. I was incredulous to receive one wood sample only, just treated with different oil on each side. Having clearly paid for two wood samples, and expecting to be able to put them side-by-side for comparison, I contacted them with my feedback. I received a very unsatisfactory reply from their sales manager Anna, who didn’t address the misleading ordering process but instead cited sustainability and said I could get a refund - but only if I went to the effort of returning the sample.

Being sustainable is one thing (and to be commended) but misleading consumer practices is another.

Unfortunately this experience, especially how Anna dealt with my email, has eroded my trust of this company. Although planning to, I will no longer be making a purchase.

Beautiful Eva table and bench. Difficult to find solid walnut in a small enough table which then expands to sit 8-10. S10 came up trumps.

We ordered the Vivien round table in oak with two leaves. From the start we had great communication with Natalie. She sent us images of the wood selected for the table and helped with any amendments. When the table was ready I received videos and images before shipping which were wonderful to see. From the order being placed to delivery it took approximately 8 weeks. The delivery drivers were super helpful and polite, they set up the table in about 20 minutes. We’re so happy with the finished article and the build quality is truly superb. The sales experience and product far exceeded my expectations of ordering a table online and I would highly recommend S10 Home. Thank you so much.

We are pensioners and although we order lots online we have never spent so much money on something we haven’t actually seen in the flesh so to speak. With some trepidation we ordered the Vivienne 160cm round table and waited! The table arrived last week and it’s absolutely beautiful so don’t hesitate!

Truly beautiful table produced in Ukraine and excellent customer service! Honestly an amazing purchase that makes our dining room perfect. We were asked about the wood once they had selected it, received photo updates along the way and the delivery from Ukraine (!!) was smooth, just like the lovely assembly team. I usually don't write reviews, but this small company truly deserves the credit for their great products.
