I had Sandy's refurbish my Harvey water softener. They sent an empty box and organised a courier to collect it. It was retuned a few days later as good as new but less than half the price of a new one.
It now works perfectly again.

Excellent installation of replacement Quooker tap & water softener. Much neater than what was there before. 100% recommended.

A very kind young man - Jack? - came to service my water softener. After some discussion I decided to change to a new minimax which I am very pleased with.
Jack was very helpful and kindly put your ap on my 'phone for easy access should I have any problems.
As an OAP I know I will find the smaller salt blocks a lot easier to handle.

Fast and efficient delivery for the order I placed online.

Repaired and serviced a defective Harvey water softener that another company said needing replacing and would cost £1200.
Engineer arrived with the spares required, then cleaned and setup the unit. Tested the hardness at a cost of only £140, what pleasure to deal with an efficient and good value company.

My experience with Sandy's Salt & Softeners Ltd was excellent. Jack was extremely helpful and flexible sorting out what I needed and a date for the installation. (It was the end of 10 months building work). John who installed the water softener, water filter and triflow tap was a first class fitter. My under sink cupboard looks well-laid out, neat and tidy. I highly recommend this company.
