Lack of customer service
Not happy with price increase for packs of salt. Also you use deliver locally for free but now you charge, plus did not offer to load the salt into my wife’s car, she had to transfer from the floor in front of the salt stack to her car, 3 metres away, thanks for the lack of customer service.

Hi John, Thanks for the review.
We haven't offered free delivery for years now due to the cost of staff and running the vans, instead we offer a very competitive collection price- the cheapest around! I can see since your last order nearly 2 years ago we have only increased by 8%, not bad given the climate.
I'm sorry to hear about the issues with loading- we always try to load/help load customers cars and count out the correct amount/type of salt. We can only apologise for missing this.

Bad service
Referring to your response, first: there is no mention on your invoice what the payment is for, just that £60 was received. Second:when you were notified that I will be home after 4pm, your response was that its too late and you will have to reschedule for next week. All of your reply is a pure fiction. Best to close this correspondence as its clean that you have no intention to honor your duty and refund the £15.00.

Sent wrong salts blocks
Ordered mini curve salt blocks, received large rectangular salt blocks. These don't fit my softener. Have emailed them but have had no response as yet
