Amazing customer service. Would definitely use this company again

I ordered a filing cabinet and it had more hits than the beetles on it.i contacted ryman to pick it up as It was not acceptable..I'm in Scotland not Luxembourg

I made a purchase on the cricut maker machine website that I use for my job. Today I received a PC gaming chair, I contacted the chat and I will only receive my product next Tuesday 01/03/2023 I have to wait almost another week to have my product correctly. In that time I already lost work and also lost clients, I have work to be delivered this weekend. Remembering that it was the store's mistake, I never bought a chair, but a machine that I use for my work. I want to know what the Ryman store is going to do about the customers and money I've lost in that time.

I ordered a tv unit from Rymans and needless to say it was a horrendous experience. The order was shipped from their supplier (Dorels home Furniture). On Rymans website it claimed 2-4 working days but i ended up receiving it a week later than the expected delivery date.

I had to constantly chase Rymans to ask what the progress was as i didn't receive any tracking information. I couldn't track the order properly and their partner/supplier were unavailable by phone so they had to email which then extended the wait time. Once they heard, they still didn't provide tracking and Rymans didn't even bother chasing a tracking link/ref. They said: "our suppliers claim it was sent" and thats it.

I understand that certain factors may have impacted deliveries however it would be best if you set those expectation on your website.

Well I won't be buying from here again. Lesson learnt, either go amazon or elsewhere.

I just paid £3.80 only to print one simple A4 sheet. It is insane. Do better please. It costs 10-50 pence in other places.

Rymans took cash out of my account without permission, and have told me to sort it out with my bank. Then when I left a review on this site they replied with the same blather. Strangely, I can’t find the original review…

The lady staff member at the Rymans store in Kendal was so helpful. Following my enquiry for the Bananagrams game she not only searched for it in the store but when it could not be found on the shelves she then went on to find it online and have it delivered to the store free of charge. My son picked it up today and I just wanted to say what a friendly and helpful member of staff she is - I am sorry I do not know her name but based on her excellent customer service I would definitely shop at Rymans in Kendal again.

I lost my draft review as I had to come off site to deal with other business . But here goes again. The Staff,esp. Sharon AND Vicki were extremely helpful,courteous,cheery and knowledgeable during my visit to use the DHL facility there at the store in St George's Centre. Preston. Lancs.
I always go here to send goods this way,because in my experience I know with confidence that I am going to get their excellent help and its all with a cheerful attitude and you feel that your custom matters and that they take pride in the task in hand ,doing it absolutely conscientiously and carefully. In fact their attitude is the same throughout their daily duties within the store. I will admit that whatever service I receive whether it be in retail or from any other official capacity or business I would be the first to complain,But by the same token if I get excellent service then I will always acknowledge it and write a positive and truthful review,just as I have now. Rymans your Staff at this branch are 2nd to none they do your Company proud! That is why I use your store. All the other staff I found to be so also but I usually find the above mentioned ladies to be on duty when I visit the store.

Terrible customer service, don't do what they say!!!! Thankfully I paid though paypal and have some cover to get money back terrible DO NOT DEAL WITH THEM. STILL WAITING ON A RESPONSE AND COLLECT 2 WEEKS LATER 😴

Customer service team more concerned about adhering to their policy than to respecting the statutory rights of their customers.

First and last time I will deal with them

Sold me a poor designed product and according to their chatbot expects me to pay £30 for the return of it based on the weight. (about half the item). BTW Ryman, I can get this shipped back to you for less than £6.
Messaged Customer Services to sort the return over a week ago and still waiting.

Lol. No chance mate. I don't like shopping with Amazon, but with stores like this it is easy to see why.

Not great but good.
I would never describe a good company as great.
Bulky goods arrived but not yet examined, so 3-stars is on hold.
What does let them down from really good service is their use of Fedex.
Another Bodgeit and Scarper company.
Poor tracking, can't be bothered to ring the doorbell, don't follow instructions.
I'll be wary of using Rymans again for this reason alone.

Rymans is brilliant at customer service. I was sent the wrong item and 30 mins after emailing them I had a confirmation of my refund. I will buy all my supplies from them because of their excellent service. Please take note of this, major businesses. Treating your customers well leads to increased business and trust. Well done.

Claim to stock things they clearly dont. Even today when I click on track my order it gives me the useless message "will be delivered within 3-4 days, expected 14th Feb"
Well its now the 17th and having spoken to them twice they still dont know if Im going to get my printer because "its probably coming from the suppliers"
I dont know how retailers like this survive. As soon as they open tomorrow Ill be asking them to cancel my order - useless company

I placed my order of two bedside tables and one chest drawers from Ryman last month. Unfortunately, they failed to deliver on time without any notice. I approached the customer service but they still couldn't advise the exact delivery time. Very poor service and unreliable! As a result, I had to cancel and order from somewhere else. Ryman refunded me after a week.

OK I'm pretty upset and disgusted by the way this company has treated me....
I ordered a dashcam from them at ok a cheaper price, to be told its out of stock.
On the website it says in stock then out of nowhere they decide to cancel my order and offer a refund.
Not too impressed because I went back to the website and it was still available?
Poor poor poor service....

I have just spoke with rymans customer service. My new office chair was delivered then immediately rejected as the item liked it had been dragged along the M62. Rymans delivery partner FedEx insisted that the chair would be ok despite 5 massive holes in the box that were that big I could reach inside the box.

FedEx took the rejection badly and I called rymans only to be told that despite the fact that the chair had been rejected I would have to wait for it to be returned before another chair could be thrown/dragged around their warehouse before being dispatched to me.
This means a delay to me despite paying for next day delivery...
